I was charged for "designing" the tattoo when all they had to do was look up the symbol I wanted and print it out or use the photo I showed them. The process was relatively professional and everything seemed well sterilized so no complaints there. Other than the ridiculous pricing the overall experience wasn't bad. I just wouldn't recommend to anyone who doesn't want to over pay.

The piercing tools were well sanitized and laid out in front of me. Hannah allowed me to look in the mirror multiple times to make sure I was happy with my piercing placement. The actual piercing was smooth, quick, and calm. She gave clear instructions on the aftercare and encouraged me to come back if I had any issues. Everything was sanitary and Covid health precautions were in place. There was hand sanitizer at the entrance, plastic barriers, and masks required by customers and employees.
