There were some problems with sub contractors, but the owners tried to make those things right. 5 years later, it feels like every time we turn around we find another problem. Not cosmetic, but problems with the quality of work. Just a few problems have been trim that didn't get put back up under low windows, shelves mounted with the screws in the wrong place, pebbles left under the flooring, I can go on and on. Our most recent was that a shower door just fell off. As my husband looked at it to put it back up, he found that they had mounted the heavy glass door into the shower surround with nothing behind it for the screws to hold to except some glue!!! Efforts to repair this problem found that they mounted the whole shower surround with nothing behind it but the studs. No shower board, Sheetrock or anything!!! The subcontractors cut corners everywhere possible and no one monitored the quality of work. Use the utmost caution if you hire this company and monitor EVERYTHING because they won't.

Got with Scott and his team and they came out and gave some recommendations and listened to what our vision was and told us how we could get there. Had a great experience from start to finish as the whole team from the top to the workers who transformed the open concept to a very nice looking entry way to the office in just 4 days. They also patched two holes we had in the wall from a prior water leak that we did not realize that plumbers will tear your wall up but not fix it. We were not aware of this before hand and would have gone to them as they do everything and left our plumbers out as it would have cost the same price in the end. Over all the doors were installed and matched to bedroom frame out with the arches and the paint on all the walls matched to where you cannot tell what is the old paint and what is the new. Great company and fair pricing with quality work.

After talking with Mr. Fish he advised me to make a claim with my insurance company due to the repair costs being more than my insurance deductible. I am greatful that I took his advise, not only did they get my floors approved, they also got repairs approved for the walls and baseboards. All the effected rooms were restored 100%, fresh paint and everything! I would never have known that all these items could be covered by my insurance if I didn't hire ARR contractors. Since when has a fair evaluation ever been insulting? 98% is excellent so if you want to risk 2% to be questionable aesthetically, structurally and "is this even legal" they'll probably be ok In my case that 2% is a big deal. They are extremely high priced. So with the price tag comes the expectation of awesome high end results. Not my experience.
