We had a 5 month escrow! Kane and his team worked tirelessly throughout countless nights and weekends. It started with hiccups in our sale. It ended up a nightmare in our purchase. We ended up going to mediation with a retired judge. Kane Schaller was with us EVERY step of the way. Kane would communicate with our lender and attorney to make sure any deal scenario would work out. Our legal team fought for us as the KJM team was trying to find us an alternative house. Having a resource like Dickson Realty means you know EVERYONE in town. We needed to find the value of a rental for potential damages...no problem for KJM. We needed to find the value of the house we were trying to buy, based off faulty information from the seller.
