It really quite a shame for Linda's clients that she lists homes for because we tried everything we could to get a hold of Linda to buy a home from one of her listings but was shocked and now understand why the home is not selling after 21+ days. I feel sorry for the sellers that they dont even know what is going on. Our experience was this- My husband and I are buyers and I was with my agent in Tahoe Vista when he dialed on speaker phone Linda's office to get more information about writing an offer on one of her listings. None of us have ever met Linda and her team. As I listened on speaker phone I heard that my agent was trying to get Linda's contact info to write an offer and had specific questions that warrant a live phone call. With every question ( probably 4 in regard to the contract), her assistant was silent but we had not lost a connection so we thought it was weird and so my husband and I started looking at each other wondering what is going on??. After asking if she could hear okay and if the connection was good, she said it was fine and remained silent. She only spoke once asking if she would like us to have Linda call us and that was it! She ended up actually hanging up on us while we were talking so our Agent then called and left a message telling Linda of our experience. Instead of asking us ( the clients, the buyers) what happened she said " I understand you were very rude to my assistant!" no questions asked, who does that??
