A prime example was we wanted to have a professional photo set of the house, but by the time we had completed the transaction and were able to get moved in, big winter storm had hit and buried the place in snow. I contacted Alison and requested if she would consent to us using a few of the photos she had done for the listing, and she replied right away with a yes.
