After receiving the invoice, I reached out requesting a breakdown of the additional charges, as it wasn't clear--but never received a response. The company later claimed they had emailed multiple times, but there is no record of those messages--only unrelated marketing emails. The situation escalated when the owner showed up unannounced and repeatedly knocked on our door while we were both working from home on important calls. When we attempted to pay, every option included additional fees, including ACH. At this point, the fence itself looks great, but the communication, billing clarity, and overall customer service made the process far more stressful than it should have been.
