Anyway, we were in the area and figured we should pop in and see what kind of deals we could scratch up. 40% off 2 items and 50% off 2 others. $10 off reward coupon AND 15% off military discount. Booyah! Now, there were PLENTY of 70% off racks and I was so very tempted... so very tempted. Amazing prices and jackets, of which I already have too many. I walked away. I looked back. I sighed... so very tempted. Nonetheless, we walked out with 4 items for the price of 1 & 1 of those items was a very needed replacement for my skirt that got left behind on a trip. One was a pair of skinny cords in a Olive Green for $4.88. The other two pairs were were olive and burgundy, cropped, new for spring. They were marked at $44 and I asked someone in the back of that was their actual price. She looked and saw there is no sign by them so she told me she would go up and check the price for them. They were $30, I bought them. She was super sweet about it. The dressing room lady and I had a nice conversation about how to spell my name, super sweet woman. Then when I was browsing the floor another employee asked me about the weather, again super sweet and helpful. I wish they had more of my colors! But I will be back in because I know these things change by season.

Loft outlet recently launched their website to snag deals online too. I tend to have better luck trying things on in person, but I've enjoyed browsing new styles online too. If you shop here more than a few times, it's worth it to sign up for their in store credit card. This is the ONE store card I own- they give massive discounts for using it, and you can pay off your balance very easily using the cc platform or app. Sizing here varies- I find that I wear a slightly smaller size at LOFT than most other places. Also- the lounge line is huge- I'm usually a medium at loft and need a small (ha!) in the lounge stuff.

Ultimately I received two of the five shirts and one was an incorrect size and the charge for all five shirts was put through. The shirts were returned a Recents, and again one was the wrong size. I requested that the entire order be canceled and despite this, I received two new shirts. I have since return these and I still have a charge for all five shirts on my account calls to resolve. The charge have not been dealt with in a timely fashion. I would not suggest doing online business.

The Brooks non iron shirts are fabulous, if we can find three we buy them ... if out of stock they will pull from another location and ship giving you the same great price. If you are trying to get an entire wardrobe, it tends to get a bit spendy, but they usually have a good clearance selection if you are willing to dig through there. The customer service my last visit was awful. I visited the store on 8/26/2018 and was in there at least 15-20 minutes and did not once have anyone acknowledge that I was there. There were at least two people working, but they seemed more interested in hanging up merchandise from boxes than to actually help people in the store. Then, when I got to the register, the sales associate was very rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her for wanting to try to find a coupon I had seen on my email. There wasn't a line and there weren't that many people in the store, so I don't believe she had something more pressing than a paying customer in front of her. With that being said, I have been there previous times, and the customer service has been fantastic, so I think it is just a matter of who is working to determine what kind of experience you will get.
