The Twin Cities premium outlets is a great option if you're looking for affordable clothes/gifts. We typically come here around the holidays to do Christmas shopping. However; I also love coming randomly throughout the year to get updated clothing items. I typically like to check out under Armour and Nike, the Columbia store also has a separate outlet location as well. Recently, I feel like prices haven't been nearly as good as they used to, but in this economy, who can blame them. I would love to see a little bit more variation in the food court, it's mostly Asian cuisines and Cinnabon. All delicious but would love to see some more options. There's a ton of parking, but if you come on a busy weekend, you may not notice and still have to park far away. Bummed to see some recent retailers, leaving, they've been replaced with stores that my opinion were is great. Overall, a decent shopping trip, it's also in a great location. There's plenty of other stores/eating nearby. I recommend checking out the Twin Cities premium outlets if you haven't been there before. read more

First time coming here, never knew there was an outdoor mall near the Mall of America. Overall it's an average sized mall. It's nearly identical to the Aurora Outlet mall back home in Illinois so navigating this building felt like I was back home. There weren't any outdoor vendors, maybe they'll be there in the summer. There was ample amount of parking and a great variety of stores where you could find half of them at the Mall of America itself. This mall is very clean without any riff raff from my visit here. I've visited Twin Cities Premium Outlets in Eagan a few times now and it's nice having an outlet mall in this part of the city. There's always a place to park and the selection of stores to choose from is great! The stores are very easy to navigate and get to from the highway. Note, some of the stores are priced lower than others -- Not all stores are outlet stores. Overall, most stores have a good selection, lower prices than you'd find at a traditional mall, and they keep it clean. read more

We usually go to the Albertville Outlets but decided to give the Eagan Twin Cities Premium Outlet a try. It was a Saturday and we thought parking would be difficult but with people coming and going it was not terrible at all. I guess I thought it was bigger since Albertville has two areas. It's easily walkable. We stopped by Adidas, Crocs, Under Armor, Claire's, Guess and Shantie's Plaza. All store were clean and most organized well. It was busy when we went into the Adidas and Under Armor and things were definitely out of there place. The Crocs store had holiday shoes which I've never seen before and really cute! And Claire's, a dream store for many little girls - spent way too much in. The Shantie's Plaza had beautiful Desi clothes for men and women that I'll be back to purchase at some point. They have a couple of places to eat although we didn't try any out. There was a Boba place next to Claire's that we may check out next time we go. read more

Right off the highway extremely easy to get to. Parking is simple. There are 3 options... by Saks OFF 5th, on the opposite side by Nike and a two+ level ramp along the whole southern side. I like to park in the middle lot just in case it's time to leave and I am on the other side of the property. It's also nice to have coverage over the car in the extreme temperatures. I like looping all four corners to make sure I cover everything. I've been shopping here since they opened and I still don't have the layout down but I'm getting close. Is all outdoors but typically the walk ways are kept clean and outdoor heaters have been present. Even when it's only 25° and I dress appropriately, I still feel comfortable. A sale hunters dream! I treat each outlet store individually. J Crew Factory Store specifically makes items for their outlet store. The quality isn't the exact same but sometimes I am looking for the look not the quality. Some like Janie & Jack sell last year's seasonal merch. It is the same quality just a year late. Most stores have a constant running discount on most to all. There are a couple of stores sprinkled in like Francesca's that are not an outlet to rebut likes to give a deal. There are restrooms in the hallways between the stores. I don't think a single store provides one. They are usually well taken care of. read more

The outlet center overall if fine, so this review is only for the store Tilleys! DO NOT shop here. An expensive pair of sunglasses were inadvertently left in the store, and we discovered them missing just as the store was closing We called and an employee said they found them for us and would set them aside for us to pick up. When we came 5 days later (as we were out of town) we were told they had been "thrown out". Our frustration was what happened to a missing item that should have been placed in a secure "lost and found" area like other retailers would do until the customer can return with ID to pick them up?? The young female mananger was very condescending and defensive when discussing why this happened and stated that employee no longer workerd there. She said they were on a shelf at the cash register area and were "thrown out". Our complaint is why were they not secured properly for pick up and why do they not have a policy to do so. We believe most likely they were taken home by an employee because of their expensive value---so in other words "stolen". The manage made no attempt to rectify the situation and just kept saying "I don't know what you want me to do". Extremely poor customer service!! read more

It was my 3rd or 4th time to these outlets. This time sans the kiddo! Wooooo hoooo! Otherwise I've only been able to go to the same 3 stores and the kiddo is done for the day. Finally got to explore some other stores like Kate spade, Cole haan, polo, banana republic, Vera Bradley, etc. I don't know if this is a post pandemic thing but the options out there just stink. Clothes especially. Maybe it's everywhere but that's my opinion. This time I didn't get to go to under Armour which is a go to store where i always get something. Kate spade had some lovely options but momma wasn't allowed to get another pocketbook (that's purse for you non east coasters). Well I'll cross my fingers on my next outing here. read more

When I lived in Rochester, the closest outlet mall was in Medford, which was west of Rochester and would take roughly 45 minutes. I passed by it recently. I am glad it is still alive and kicking. In the Twin Cities back then, the lone outlet mall was in Albertville, which is northwest of Minneapolis. I'd pass by it often en route to Fargo, Grand Forks, and ultimately, Winnipeg. Recently, I learned that there's a new outlet in the Twin Cities. Well, it's new to me! It's located in Eagan, just south of Mall of America. On New Year's Day, I decided to drop by. It looks new. I was looking for the closest parking spot to the Gap Factory Store. To my surprise, I found covered parking. It's Minnesota and it snows. It was perfect. I parked and walked across the street to start shopping. Like most premium outlets, this one has partly covered areas. You are still somewhat outdoors, braving the elements if you are not physically in a store. The variety of stores was nice. Let's start with food. From jerky to Auntie Anne's, you can get your snacking game on. There are also vending machines by the washrooms where you can get cookies, candy bars, and more. There's also Market Hall, which is the food court with six different fast food eateries. I spent probably a good four hours here. I walked the whole place. If I walk an entire outlet mall, it's a sign that I like being there. Normally, I will pick and choose the stores that I want to go into, and I will call it good. It wasn't the case here. I first hit the Gap store. The deals were amazing. I then visited Converse and got a great pair of suede sneakers for under $20. I saved quite a bit at both stores. I realized at 3 pm that I hadn't had lunch. I grabbed some mini pretzel dogs from Auntie Anne's, along with a Diet Pepsi, which satisfied my hunger pangs. I also happen to love anything from Auntie Anne's. I enjoyed stopping by Fossil, Hot Topic, Hanes, and more. Staff at all stores were nice and friendly. Washrooms are clean. Signs are clearly posted. I like that there are indoor pathways between the food court and the washrooms, so you don't have to freeze to death to get from one place to the other when it's winter. It's a nice outlet mall. It's likely one of the nicer ones that I have been to over the years. I had a positive first experience. I look forward to exercising my wallet here again soon. (21) read more

Im not a big shopper, but T his is a great up to date outlet with lots of great stores. I've been here many times and have never left disappointed. A huge variety of stores and shops, with outlet discounts make TCPO a great "in town" destination whether you are shopping for that one thing, or if you have a huge list. Parking is easy, snack shops and amenities like benches to sit and clean public rest rooms make this mall a great place to spend your shopping time. Give it a shot! read more

Always a great stop for back to school shopping! The outlet mall has long been one of my favorite end of summer stops with my family. On sunny days this mall offers outside food vendors with some fast casual restaurants open regardless of the weather. La Michoacana is one of our go-to stops within for a great popsicle or scoop of ice cream. Within the mall as a whole there is a large variety of very popular retailers including American Eagle, Aerie, Black/White Market, and more. While a lot of the stock options in the stores don't offer much savings, if you know how to shop the deals and compare to their online listings, there are some huge savings to be found on select items. Especially the sale/clearance racks in most of the stores offer a huge amount of variety on recently out of season clothes with no defects or problems besides the amount of time they've been on the shelf. Staff as a whole seems to be friendly and willing to help. Especially Saks off 5th had one of the kindest and most considerate cashiers we've had recently, my family couldn't stop talking about how much of a difference a nice interaction makes in your day. All in all, a great place to spend a day rain or shine despite it's outdoor walkways - just make sure to bring an umbrella in inclement weather because a lot of the routes between stores don't offer a lot of covering! read more

Smaller compared to other outlets that I have been to. I went around 6 pm on a weeknight and it was dead. At only a couple of stores (Merrell, Maurice, and lucky) was I even approached by an associate. It could have been shoveled better. read more

If there are two premium outlets that are boon to the Twin Cities, it's the one in Albertville and then this at Eagan. The outlet looks like the Universal Studios from outside with beautiful looking buildings peaking here and there. There are several premium stores in this location starting from Adidas, Under Armor, Calvin Klein, Basics and a lot more. A lot of stores offers some great membership deals and make sure you sign up after checking at the store. Some shops though they are at the outlet would still burn your pockets a bit. We are regulars to the Lindt chocolates shop that's a heaven to the chocolate lovers. They have heaps of toffees piled up in the middle of the store on different flavors and they always greet you with one of those as free samples as you enter. Make sure you buy the 100 pieces pack which you can handpick. You get $5 discount when you accumulate 100 points. This outlet has a neat layout and directories with maps erected at each juncture to help customers locate the shops and traverse through seamlessly. read more

This Outlet center is centrally located just south of the Mall of America off of Cedar Ave/ Hwy 77. This is a newer mall but all stores are individual. This is an outdoor strip mall. The stores are all enclosed but the walking areas between the stores is mostly open. For that reason, you should be aware of the weather. You can find deals but not everything is a deal. I do appreciate this mall it is easy in and out with many great stores like Under Armour, Nike, Puma, Old Navy, Perfumania, Oakley and the list goes on. read more

My personal favorite of the area outlets! Comparatively, while most outlet malls have a strip mall layout, this one is set up as an open air shopping center. What that means to me as a consumer, is that I can park once and shop til I drop! No need to dodge traffic and hop parking lots down the seemingly never-ending row(s). The food court, yes, there is one, is conveniently located in doors, close to the information desk. Of course, with the open air design, came the open sky design... unfortunately, it's less successful given this is Minnesota and the skies aren't always kind. This leaves you walking on the sidewalks, under the awning to get hit by opening doors. Something to be aware of when trying to stay dry. I find some amazing deals, particularly at Eddie Bauer, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger- where it's not uncommon to leave with 6 or more items for the price of 1! read more

I have never been here, usually just bypassing this place to go to the Mall of America but I was quite surprised by the layout, design, and offering of shops located at this outlet center. I had in my mind that it would be similar to the outlet center found in Albertville but this one is way,way nicer. The design is great for an outdoor mall in Minnesota, it is partially covered, giving you a 1/2 and 1/2 inside/outside design. Lots of large name brand stores to visit such as Fossil, Express, Old Navy, Bath and Body Works, etc. I came here to just get my Fossil watch fixed but was surprised by how many other stores were around. Parking is a breeze and I did find some good deals at the Fossil store. I will definately be back when I am need of some shopping. A nice change of scenery from just going to the Mall of America. read more

Anyone else remember cedarvale shopping center before it was torn down to make room for new development including this outlet mall? Cedarvale was a struggle bus back in the day w/ many vacant stores, but they did have a kickboxing gym that I loved & frequented. I was excited to have an outlet center close by to my folks. I've never lived w/in a 60 mile radius of an outlet mall so it was always a special treat whenever we did go to one. I really only come to this outlet mall for a few stores (asics, under armor, Nike--call me sporty spice). The other stores you can find at almost all outlet malls. The facilities are clean, there's covered parking & somehow during the middle of a blizzard, you can always find some tough Minnesotans out at this mall shopping. read more

As a millennial, doing things in person is not my default. I spent weeks with 12 tabs open, googling every iteration of "perfect travel shoes for women summer Italy" as though google was going to answer back with a single link, like god. "LEAH. THESE ARE THE SHOES FOR THINE SMALL FEET." Well god didn't talk so I finally just remembered that I used to buy shoes after trying.them.on so I got into my car and drove to these IRL Stores, where I tried on IRL Shoes. Remarkable discoveries ensued, like: the Cole Haan oxfords that looked completely comfy online felt like cardboard Barbie shoes in real life! Old school Pumas are too heavy for travel! And Adidas makes shoes that are light as a feather and feel better than Allbirds, for a third of the price! Plus they were having a sale! Plus I got to ask real people my questions, instead of chatting with some rando "Hello I'm brAnDon hoW caN I hElp?" If I had just gone here first, I wouldn't have wasted hours of precious Minnesota summertime pleading with Google's algorithm to read my mind and reading hundreds of shoe reviews from strangers who all said super deep and philosophical things like "Comfy! Great shoes!". Quit fuckin around on the internet and go get what you need here! read more

I mean, honestly, I think it's a fine outlet mall but there isn't too much parking which is annoying to me. I also feel like there is no food options, or like fun restaurants which the mall needs. Twin Cities Outlets been open for a couple years now. I come here a bit too much. The best thing about these outlets is the location. Most outlets are located in the outskirts of major cities, but this one is located in Eagan. It's rather close to the cities in my opinion. The store selection could be better, but hey! Can't complain too much, given the location. It has most of my favorite store: Banana republic, GAP, Nike, Express, J. Crew etc... It's just missing North Face and a few others, but it's ok. The food court is a quite lacking. They have subway and china max and Chicken Now. Chicken Now is decent, albeit I never tried this location. Auntie Anne's is nice, but can get quite busy. They also have a Starbucks. I would say, overall, it's kind of limiting. Pricing is okay. You have to know when to shop for deals. Some places have student discounts, so be sure to ask for that! read more

I finally made it to the T.C.P.O. and rejoice I don't have to drive to Albertville for neat stuff at discounted prices. Nicely laid out mall partially covered and not just one big L-Shaped mass but in rows like a small town's downtown I suppose. I appreciated the easy to read color coded navigation map boards scattered throughout. I only saw two empty spaces which still had their names listed so must be some recent closures. On a weekday morning there seemed to be more autos in the lots than actual shoppers but it's difficult to judge because of the size of the mall. Parking was easy to access and plentiful read more

I love this mall... i'm sad it has taken me so long to get out here. I saw a story on the news that showed African Americans being harassed out there, so I refused to go. However, it's been some years now since they have opened and I haven't heard anything from friends that shop there that have continued to sour my outlook on the Outlet Mall. Ambiance: Bright and spacious, with variety of stores and ample parking Service: I can't attest to the service provided at every store at the outlet mall, but the stores I have ventured to have provided me great service. It's basically a mall with no ceiling or an outdoor mall... as you leave one store to go to the next, once you walk out of one store you are now outdoors. Danger Will Robinson---Danger---i have discovered outlet shopping less than 35 miles from my front door. I breezed in here twice to do some quick power shopping and got er' done! I was able to pick up some quality gifts for family at fabulous prices. I also will go back if I need to add some clothes to my work wardrobe as Van Heusen is awesome for conservative clothing that fits woman of many shapes and sizes nicely . I can appreciate that they put the like-minded stores in little pods---so if you need gifts for your athlete Puma, Nike, and Under Armour are all in one little square. The children's stores like Carter's, Gymboree, Osh-Kosh and Janie and Jack are all located within steps of each other. I always love GAP and scored some adorable baby gap outfits for an affordable deal for my precious grandson. If you are looking for a gift for the person that likes to cook and entertain check out Kitchen Collection---they had some nice chicken fryer skillets with lids for 19.99 and I think those silicone leaf shaped bowl covers are a clever idea. Some of the shop owner's told me that in the winter the brick is actually heated and they will have some of those portable heaters outside too to keep us alive if the adrenaline of shopping and getting good deals is not enough to keep you going. They also mentioned that if you want to sign up for the VIP club or be in the know about special sales and coupons to go to the SIMON website and sign up for this. I like that this place is compact and I did see a cocktail bar right across the parking lot so seems like it would be a great ladies day adventure destination--BE Aware I did see some asshole cops circling around the place just looking for distracted drivers so don't let them get you and take away some of your shopping dollars on a senseless ticket. read more

I feel like this outlet has a pretty good selection of stores that can appeal to a variety of audiences. Yes, it does have polo, j crew, Ralph Lauren, etc. for the "a bit more expensive" clothing stores, but it also has Nike and under armor for athletic wear and also something like American eagle which can be a bit more affordable. This place also gets busy. I've been there a few times now, and I've waited for as long as 15 minutes to find a spot. There is indoor parking, but also outside parking if you didn't want to wait for a spot. Another great thing about the outlets, is the indoor food cart. There's a smoothie shop there that has no Yelp page and I wish it did! It's amazing, and I'll post a photo of it here in this review. I'm not sure I completely understand the trend, in Minnesota's climate, of creating this style of "mall," - where you have to go outside to walk to each store, but the look and feel of this outlet mall is quite nice. There are a few places to eat, near the center of the outlets. You'll find all your favorite outlets - Nike, Coach, Gap, Banana Republic, Lindt's Chocolates, Old Navy, and many, many more stores carrying sunglasses, perfume, baseball caps, leather goods, shoes, and a lot of clothing. This is a great place for shoppers to go for an afternoon. Unfortunately, being larger-framed, I can never find my sizes at these stores. That's my major disappointment with them. read more

Close to home with many shopping options! I pretty much only go for Aerie and Hot Topic. The Hot Topical always has BOGO deals and I have no other reason to shop at any other HT location. (I can always find a gift that I'm looking for and something for myself...) Aerie is connected to the American Eagle so it's pretty small but they have some good sales. Undies are never really on clearance so don't go expecting to get them super cheap. I got a swim bottom for $15 and I wear it all the time. I'm obsessed and I can't wait to get more when they have other swim sales. Overall the location is great. Super easy to get to and the set up seems good as well. If it's raining there is plenty of coverage. read more

I love this outlet mall especially when there are sales! I start at Under Armour, then Jockey, Correll, Lindt Chocolate. I like Mode Clothing and Accessories which must be a victim to high rent as it's closing 12/31/15. I like the Cosmetics Store where you can get deals on Clinique cosmetics. I also like the Coach Outlet store which handed out 50% coupons yesterday. Parking is plentiful and the layout is a horseshoe oval where you walk outside. Its covered for the most part. I am so glad there is a mall like this in the South Metro. I do like the Albertville Mall too but it is so expansive that you have to park twice. Now if they could bring in an UGG store or Harry and David. read more

Typical outlet mall in every way. Maybe I've been to too many "Premium Outlets", but in every city, they all look the same. The usual suspects are here (Nike, Adidas, Gap, Express, Coach etc.). There are a few typical mall food options. Nothing was all that appetizing to me. In general nothing great, but if you're in the area and don't feel up to dealing with the Mall of America (this is about five minutes down the road), then this is an option. I don't know that an outdoor mall was the best idea for a place that has some pretty brutal winters, but it wasn't very busy when I went and it was easy to find parking. read more

We came by default since we received the wrong size shoe online from Oshkosh Bgosh and this was the closest location for us. I like how most of the like stores are by each other. Kids: Oshkosh Carter's Children's Place Gymboree Plenty of parking. Family restrooms which come in handy for us stroller pushers. Good variety of stores. Nice sized mall, but the prices don't seem that outlet at all. Reminds me of all our sister and brother outdoor mall templates with Top 40 music piped through the Muzak. read more

First of all, its very easy accessible place since its very close to MN 13. Parking is a little bit problem ( Might be because its just opened). Lot of factory outlet shops including PUMA, Adidas, Reebok, Armani Exchange, Coach, Banana Republic, Express, Fossil etc. Restaurants and coffee shops like Star Bucks are also included. But some brands like The North Face is not there. (I hope they will open it soon, at least around the time during winter). I don't think this center will be a great competitor for MOA since people prefer to stick with enclosed malls during winter especially in a place like MN. Because of the grand opening celebration, there were good deals which I took advantage of. If they bring up such deals again, definitely I will go down there for some purchases. read more

So today I went into the line of Pacsun. I was rudely told I have to wear a mask. I have a medical condition where I can't wear a mask. I get that it is cooperates policy and I completely respect that. But I was yelled at and berated and belittled by the "door bouncer". She yelled at me and told me I had other options.
