I expressed how offended I was and he said he was not going to argue with me. I asked him for a manager he told me to find them myself. I asked another employee to get the manager and I explained what happened, the employee stated : I was trippin' The manager would not acknowledge the wrong and merely asked me to give him grace because he's new. Definitely can't beat that elsewhere! Clothing is organized in color order. Signs are places all around so it's not confusing as to what is on sale or not. There is a fitting room located right in the middle of the store. Not hard to find. Love how they now have a section for children's clothes. You will also see a section for men's clothes. Yet, it's such a big section it looks like there's three stores in one. This time around I stumbled upon the fact they now collect used clothes. Love that they're finding ways to recycle clothes. I'll be coming here to bring used clothes verses throwing it in a bin.

Some employees were busy in tidying up the messy sections, others were helping customers. We found some great deals here, especially on shoes and winter coats/jackets. We bought couple of coats for 50% off and pair of shoe for 30% off. Checkout line was long due to lots of customers, but they had 4 registers open to keep it moving. Over it was nice and easy. I have started to be a regular visitor at Bloomingdale's Outlets because of their quality products on a discounted price. So was really happy to see another one opening in Jersey Garden, after the one in Bergen Town Center.

There were fans blowing all around, and clearly a guy was trying to fix the AC for the store on July 4th! The sales team was as polite as they could be. There are definitely lots of choices, and deep discount. They also accept educator's discount, which knocks down another 15%. But today, kudos to the sales team and the AC repair guy.

They had many of the popular TH products by the register as well such as luggages, watches, tote bags and wallets. Prices of the items were good and there were lots of discounts on most products, up to 70%. There was a clearance section too where items were on sale up to 85%. We initially went to the store to do a return. They had only one specific register for return, so it took me about 10 minutes to complete the return. But then we started going around the store and found some items we wanted to buy. My daughter picked a couple of dresses and I got a shirt from the men's clearance section. All them had very reasonable price. The checkout was much quicker, as there were several registers open. Some staff members were available around the floor helping customs, others were at the checkout registers. Overall I liked the store a lot, except their return process, and will stop by again when I am at the outlet mall in future.
