I got to the store and the greeter was pleasant but I figured I didn't need to bother him. I could find the kit myself. I was wrong. This academy didn't look very big and I quickly made a round of the store without seeing anything for pools/hot tubs. So I went back to the greeter and inquired about the kit. He found me someone who was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond looking up then going through the store room to find the kit for me. I'm incredibly grateful because I wanted to get the hot tub ready for a sister day I'm going to have tomorrow. They really allowed me to elevate our get together.

This Academy store is pretty stellar with great service, always great selection, and always has the…read morethings we need in stock. We live in the city and often times, especially when things are on sale, stock can be limited at the locations nearest us in South Austin. This location always ends up being a short and quick drive south to get what we need. Plenty of space for parking and never have an issue navigating in and out of this area. The parking lot is spacious and plenty of space to not make you feel like you are parking really far from the entrance. The store is always super clean and help is just an ask away and not far as the employees here take great care in providing service and helping you out on finding the thing you came here for. Academy is all about value and savings so I appreciate the willingness to price match on things I have seen other stores, in the area, provide so I know I can come here and get exactly what I need at a fair price.

A few stores had extremely long lines to check out ,make an inquiry and /or cranky employees. Brooks Brothers was the opposite of the other stores I visited. I walked in and Martin said hello welcome to Brooks Brothers let me know if I can help you today? I showed him a text with a picture of a shirt label from my best friend and Martin found 8 shirts ! He was able to check inventory from other locations with intent to have the stores mail the dress shirts to a home address. Serviceable, convenient and superior customer service. This outlet store is clean, organized , well stocked and provides a pleasant shopping experience. Martin as a salesman is an asset. Thank you

I couldn't agree more with this line. In fact, I remember the days where if you wanted to shop Brooks Brothers ("BB"), you'd have to go to a city like San Francisco. It was always a huge deal to walk into BB while visiting San Fran...have people wait on you, a tailor's tape measure around their neck at all times. BB always meant serious clothes to my father, and I understood that quickly. Now look, I'm not saying I expect to be offered champagne or wine a la Tiffany's, but I expect way more than what was offered at this location in terms of customer service (did I tell you I went around Christmas...oh I didn't?). We walk into this large, beautiful outlet location in San Marcos on Monday (12/17) about 4:00 p.m. Not many people in the store, including customer service representatives. I think I only saw two...for a store that size heading into Christmas - are you kidding me? The store had a very "fend for yourself" to all our pre-labeled, pre-sorted sizes in the bins, atmosphere. God forbid had I been really searching for someone's time to have a suit, blazer, etc. measured and fit. When I did finally flag someone down, the questions I asked the young representative, in my opinion, were not answered in a way befitting of such a reputable, prestigious clothing company. And, as stated before, there's no way the reps would have had "the time" or the focus to really cater to a serious shopper. Ended up buying some shirts, impressed by the deal, but THIS is not befitting Brooks Brothers. Not at all the way I remember shopping at a high dollar clothing store...

Popped in here this morning at my cousin's urging to find a holiday party dress. I didn't catch the…read morelady's name that assisted me but oh my her customer service was above and beyond. She even got a dress displayed way up down for me to check the size. She suggested an additional holiday dress to try so I would have options. She helped me zip the dress because sequins are hard and even tried to help me find shoes and earrings. I left with the cranberry color sequined dress and I will go out of my way to shop here more often because of the outstanding service I received!

My wife is a serious and prolific shopper. We went to the stores in San Marcos and went from store to store. Priscilla Ortiz was the salesperson who helped us and checked us out but both of them manning the store were wonderful , helpful friendly. What a great experience. We wore our masks and they followed current guidelines, I even left for a bit to give them room when they reached capacity. The dressing rooms were available. It was such a pleasant surprise compartes to our other experiences lately. We bought more than we would have just because they were so helpful. My wife got several nice pieces.
