I left a negative review about Prestige Movers back in July after booking with them over a month in advance and then confirming with them less than 24 hours before they were supposed to show up, and didn't. Their response to my review is that they were turned away by military security and were not allowed on base. That is a lie. They never even showed up to base. This company doesnt shown up and then lies to make themselves look like the better person. I still have text messages proving that they were magically out of town the morning they were supposed to show up and then more text messages days earlier in the conversation saying that they did not need an escort onto base as his dad is retired military and they had base access. Don't use this company...you will regret it!!! They will leave you high and dry after booking with them and then lie in response to your bad reviews!!! This company needs to be out of business! And to do this to a military family to boot when we were counting on their help!
