The trainers have helped me with exercises to strengthen the muscles around the shoulder. Just had a visit with my Orthopedic doctor last Friday. He took xrays and determined I have a bruised rotator cuff. He suggested physical therapy. I shared with him my Triad Wellness routine.......when I finished with the exercises I have been doing and the Cold Water Plunge, he said, I do not need Physical therapy since I am already doing it!!!
