Listen! This place is absolutely legit. After a PCS move from Hawaii where I started CrossFit in a small local box, I was apprehensive about joining a larger CrossFit gym. July 4th 2018 was the day, Cody and Phil absolutely seemed to go out of their way to communicate options to us and our family for working out and different time slots. When we showed up for our first workout it was fantastic. The coaching staff is top notch and there is so much room. Since joining we've become a part of the family and have quickly seemed to mesh with our respective classes and coaches during the different time slots. I typically go to 630 AM and have definitely formed a bond with the community there. I've received individual coaching from the various coaches to make myself better in my CrossFit journey. I was also introduced to proper nutrition with daily accountability checks and tips for how to track my foods using Macro Nutrients and a nutrition app. This is also where I got my first FRAN Benchmark workout in! I keep smashing my goals and with the help of these great people I hope to continue to do so!!!!! This is truly a family atmosphere that is welcoming of all patrons. Whether you need some assistance just getting started, or are a seasoned CrossFitter, there is a program option for you! read more

This gym has been life changing for me. I joined about 5 months ago with little ability to complete any type of workout. I have never, in my life stuck it out with any type of gym membership, and was skeptical when I was invited by a friend to join. But let me say, I am so glad that I did. Today, I am in the BEST physical shape that I have ever been in my whole life. I am stronger, not only physically but mentally as well. This gym has totally transformed the way I look at fitness. It's challenging, yet fun at the same time. What's also amazing, is that ALL of the Coaches at Seven Cities truly care about you. They want to see you succeed and are always there for any questions and concerns that you have. The coaches help you to see what you are really capable of, and I am so grateful for that. The community is also what keeps me coming back. The People there are all so friendly and encouraging. They recently started a couple of classes for kids crossfit. My daughter, who is 10 really enjoys attending them. I have seen her physical level increase as well, it also supports her in soccer as well. Keeps her active during off season. read more

After trying other Crossfit gyms in the area I can confidently say CF7C is the BEST. I spent a year at another box before getting the courage to see what was going on over at CF7C. Several friends had switched, the gym was growing, getting amazing reviews and I just thought "they must be doing something right and I need to check this out!" I'm SO glad I did. I've been at Seven Cities since the end of June 2017 and I wish I had come here sooner. Every single coach has been so encouraging. I really love that they evaluate my form, make weight recommendations, encourage us to push hard because there are "only 90 second left!". I get so much more out of 60 minutes here than I have at any other gym. And the community is fantastic. There are people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities at this gym. I feel pushed to be the best version of myself every time I walk in the doors. read more

Absolutely the best crossfit box in WA! From the fundamentals course, to the coaching, to the facilities, to the atmosphere this is an incredible place to fitness! My wife and I began Crossfit here and would never leave now. The coaches are all incredible, patient, encouraging, and skilled at helping you surpass your goals! They incorporate technology to improve our fitness tracking, which makes tracking progress completely easy since it's done for you. They even offer a line of clothing that looks as good as it feels. Four months ago I was sedentary and now I can squat over my body weight, do multiple pull-ups and use the word "snatch" in a conversation without smirking. If you're interested in Crossfit or improving your health, I cannot recommend CF7C enough! Hope to see you around! read more

Where to begin.. without a doubt one of the best experiences of my life. Let's not cut that short in meaning either. This gym is more than that - it's a community. Sure Crossfit is the core of why most will come here, but what keeps you coming back is the community. Everyone treats each other with respect and welcomes new members like they have been coming for years. Whether someone is coming to be a weekend warrior and basic fitness or push their fitness to Games levels it can be had here. The coaching staff does a banging job, and the workouts are nothing less than savage (in a good way.) Another benefit is since it's a community - it is always growing. Every couple months the programs are getting refined and focused to bring more value to the member. read more

My wife encouraged me for about three months to join Crossfit Seven Cities but I was hesitant. I am 48 years old, was concerned about injury, and felt I wouldn't fit in. On my first day, the owner and instructors created a welcoming environment, and provided the instruction and encouragement I needed to fit in right away. The facility and equipment are excellent, and the instructors meet you at your fitness level, no matter how old you are. After two months I experienced gains in all fitness levels that I could never move past at traditional gyms or with home work out programs. I highly recommend this "Box" if you are a beginner like me, or an experienced Crossfitter. You'll love the family atmosphere and the new friends you will meet. read more

I've been a member since September 2015. I first was worried about trying crossfit. I never thought I'd make it through always saw the workouts as being too difficult, I was scared. I decided one day to give t a shot and it's literally been the best thing I've done for myself. This place is like a second home. I've been to other gyms and been to other places but seriously nothing comes even close. The love and acceptance from all the coaches and members is by far the prime reason I keep coming back. I've built a second family here and I'll always treasure that. If you're skeptical about trying a crossfit gym or even want to come see what it's all about this is definitely the place to go. So this old overweight depressed guy walks into a box...and he met the most passionate, caring coaches he has ever experienced in his life. I also have met a new family. The community of people as well as the coaches are all supportive and truly care about the success of every member. We are all here to make ourselves stronger, which in turn makes our lives better. The coaches ensure every experience is a positive one, and the members are always encouraging others to succeed. So this old strong confident guy walks out of a box....the rest is history. read more

I have been a member of this gym for almost 4 months and not only have I seen physical results but have had a very meaningful experience. The coaches at the gym give 110% 110% of the time. They care about each athlete and work along side them to achieve their goals. The owner, Cody, has created a safe, encouraging, and uplifting environment where people can come as they are and feel confident and safe to become the best version of themselves. This gym has helped me become more physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy. I am very thankful to be a part of a gym that is also like a big family and blessings just flow out into the athletes lives and the community. Come join us! read more

I absolutely love this gym. I am a shy, reluctant kind of person, but the owner Cody, as well as the rest of the coaches I've worked with, have been extremely understanding and patient. They put forth so much effort to make sure their classes are not just safe and functional, but also a lot of fun. The exercises are always good and sweaty, and they're always able to be scaled to fit our personal levels of strength/experience. If you're looking for an awesome workout, a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, and coaches with real experience and knowledge, this is absolutely the place to go. read more

I have never been successful with anything fitness related, but after a persistent friend finally talked me into it, I decided to try Crossfit at Seven Cities and I can honestly say this has been the best year of my life. The coaches there are amazing and able to work with anybody at any fitness level to help them be successful and achieve their goals. The community is fantastic and so supportive. I would (and do) recommend anyone and everyone try it out! My first day I could barely jog 100 meters. 2 weeks ago I ran my first half marathon. It works!!! read more

This gym is co-located with Cascade Elite Gymnastics West and moved up to Silverdale in the last month with the opening of the new facility. Nice open facility with some of the best coaches around. Cody (the owner) genuinely cares about helping people achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be and has great programming for class WODs, olympic lifting, and competitor training. The people who go here really are a family and the support the gym gives each and every member is really amazing. I couldn't imagine training anywhere else! read more

Dropped in at Crossfit Seven Cities while visiting family for the week. I was a little nervous due to it being my first time dropping into a box, but it couldn't have gone better. Everyone was so welcoming. The coach, Ian, was super helpful. He seemed to be really invested in each person participating in the WOD; making sure we all had the correct technique while encouraging everyone throughout the workout. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend this box whether you're just dropping in or looking for a new gym! read more

Without a doubt the best gym you will find anywhere close. The coaching staff is one of the best I have ever seen. I am currently doing CrossFit in my 5th gym in three states and this one is by far the best. Whether you are wanting to try crossfit for the first time or a seasoned WOD crusher they have something for you. I cannot day enough good words about this establishment. I tried to take them with me when I transferred but sadly they declined. Don't miss out on an opportunity to become apart of this great community. read more

Came out from Cocoa Beach to work on the naval base up here and heard nothing but good things about this place, so I had to check it out. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The workouts are fantastically programmed and explained. The place is clean, spacious, and well-equipped to provide the best training and conditioning for every level of athlete. I give this place my highest recommendation and will continue to hold other gyms to the standards that this one has set. Hooyah Crossfit Seven Cities! read more

Super awesome experience dropping in at CF7C!! Everyone was welcoming and nice. The coaches helped me get set up, led a great session and made me feel like at my home gym. The place has tons of open space and the equipment is easy find. I couldn't ask for a better place to continue my training while away from home. One of the cool things about the Crossfit community is the sense of family you get from everyone and CF7C is a great example of that! Thank you Cody and rest of the staff, you rock!! read more

Hands down the best 'gym' experience I've ever had. It was intimidating going to Crossfit, but now I can't imagine ever leaving. The coaches immediately help you feel like you belong and push you hard during workouts. I'm completely confident in the knowledge base and ability of every coach, not to mention the energy, support, and camaraderie that exists between athletes. Joining CrossFit Seven Cities is the best decision I've made for my physical and mental health in a very long time. read more

This place is the most amazing fitness experience of my life. I am not a natural athlete, and get discouraged easily, but with the help of the awesome coaches and other athletes I get excited to go to the gym (box) everyday. Cody (owner) has built a real community that supports and nurtures new athletes. My goals, physically seemed out of reach to me until I joined CrossFit Seven Cities, now I know it's just a matter of time and won't take nearly as long as I might have thought. read more
