I haven't felt this good in over 20 years. I feel like I've really been able to work on my strength, cardio and flexibility with all of the cross training options and the infrared saunas make you feel amazing. Everyone who works there is amazing. I'm so grateful I finally gave it a shot, I've been going very consistently for almost 6 months. I highly recommend Burlington Hotworx to anyone looking to feel better and be able to do more of the fun things you want to do in life.

The woman at the counter was so friendly and helpful. She answered my questions and got me squared away. I was able to try the cycling class and the stretch class. I have terrible knees and honestly didn't feel any pain and for the first time they didn't make sounds when I moved them. Drink lots of water and bring a little sweat towel for your face! Initial sign up costs a bit but the monthly isn't bad at all. Do read how long the actual contract is for. Takeaways: the workout is great and feels great on sore muscles and joints but paying the start up is pretty spendy (not saying it's not worth it)

Carol helped us get signed up with a package and we took classes every day, which helped us stay limber and not be so stiff and sore after flying home. Katie was such a wonderful soul and instructor. Melissa helped to ensure we were not left behind and were doing things correctly. Thank you all! Plus the class participants were absolutely lovely and welcoming.

The environment is comfortable and scrupulously clean - which is a big thing for me at any kind of gym or studio! I've been taking PIlates - they offer mat Pilates, which is a serious workout - YogaTone, a dance / Yoga fusion developed by the owner, Kara Keating, and Flow Yoga, which is a series of continuous movements that build strength and flexibility. My wife and I have both been taking classes at Movement Arts for around three years. Some reasons why, aside from good teachers and a super clean, comfortable environment, are: I like that the instructors - even in the group classes - take the time to work with individual students, helping us with our form and approach. The wide variety of classes and the fact that they offer classes in the morning, afternoon and early evenings most day makes it very convenient to attend the classes we want. The studio also offers regular yoga excursions - at reasonable prices - to places like Maui, Costa Rica and other spots - all in search of the perfect Downward Dog! :) Finally, I appreciate the community feel of Movement Arts - it is definitely not like a gym, where you go to work out and then - you're gone. This is the kind of place that I hope will help keep us stronger, more flexible, health(ier) and happier for many years.

I moved away from the "studio" I have used for the last 10 or so years, and needed to find a new one. It's hard now to measure any studio against you have had such a long and great relationship with. The studio has a variety of tables & machines (not my brand, but ...) and other techniques (or programs) - TRX. After an hour of putting me through my paces, assessing my skills & fitness, to see where I would fit into group classes, I feel pretty good about Gina & the studio. It's not my first home, but I think I'll grow to fit in. Gina has a great personality for a trainer; personable, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. I decided after my experience to sign up for the group classes, the first two between or calendars, all future are via the Internet, conveniently from home. I highly recommend if your are curious able Pilates or looking for a studio, you give Gina a try.

Cynthia took care, early on, to make sure that I never overextended myself and used proper form to avoid injury. So often I would fall back into my old habits. You know, head forward, shoulders hunched, etc. With gentle coaching I was able to correct my posture during exercises to gain the full benefit of my efforts. On departing Sequim, I continued to practice. It's really changed my life, and I've continued to book a session with Cynthia whenever I return.
