She then figured out that we had booked the same date, but a month earlier. (Our mistake). She graciously allowed us to used the reservation for the current day with no problems. Not all places would be so understanding and accommodating - excellent customer service! She made sure we knew how to get to the place we planned to snow tube at, and was just so helpful in general. Took it in for an annual tune-up. They forgot to tighten the lock bolt for the front axle - it was barely hand tight. That could have been a hazard. I fixed it. Despite friendly staff, won't let them touch my bike ever again.
