I'd expect this to be the flag ship store of the area besides locations in Charlotte but it's really not. If you're looking for the usual fair this HF will have it, but if it's in high demand you may be out of luck. Mainly because of it being in the city they sell out fast. The As-Is clearance section is very minimal and it's located up near the front near the office. Customer service is good here and they are always willing to look up a SKU number and run to the back to see if it's in stock. But again they turn over products quick here so don't rely on the app/website for correct in stock data. It's bitten me in the butt multiple times at any HF! I will be honest the Shelby HF has much better selection and the staff is much more relaxed. Every time I'm here in Gastonia it feels tense for some reason. Basically this one is OK, it has the usual items you need, the aisles are tighter than other locations, and be prepared to walk around stocking boxes as they are always restocking like it's a dollar general. On a side note I have seen workers just pull generator boxes off the top of another and let them almost drop to the floor. Maybe he was having a bad day but it made me second guess buying something big from here.

It would be nice to be able to build up points to use at later dates, in addition to their planned discount days.... as a partially handicapped person, it is sometimes difficult to navigate when the store is so crowded.
