I ordered a washer, and four delivery attempts have resulted in damaged appliances. Each time, the appliance arrived damaged, and I still have not received a washer in acceptable condition. What is even more frustrating is that I have been trying to get my money refunded, but Lowe's has not been able to resolve the refund issue. After spending this much time dealing with repeated deliveries, damaged appliances, phone calls, and trying to get my money back, this has been incredibly stressful and frustrating. I expected much better customer service from Lowe's. I would seriously think twice before ordering a major appliance from them, especially when delivery and customer service are involved. Lowe's needs to take responsibility, resolve this issue, and refund my money. Employees was nicer to resolved the issue but refund is not her hand.

Now, Luke did leave something out. I suspect that he wanted to avoid being indelicate, but I think it bears mentioning. This friendly, helpful clerk patrolling the floors and calling everyone "boss man" looks indigent. He is scrawny, dirty, and missing all of his front teeth. Friendly as hell, but quite a sight. I explained to him that I recently purchased the machine and Agri-Fab referred me to Faulk Brothers for the repair. Before I could even get the words out of my mouth he said they ONLY REPAIR COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT and referred me to another company, Lay of The Land. I called them. They wanted me to bring it in. I'm a partially disabled veteran and the machine weighs over 350 lbs. I called Home Depot back and explained my problem. I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! I told them I'd find a way to bring it back. Long story short, I wasn't A BIG LANDSCAPE COMPANY SO GERALD DIDN'T WANT TO BRING HIS LAZY BUTT OUT TO LOOK AT IT. I will say the next day he called AFTER Agri-Fab called him. He said he'd send someone out. I told him he must have lied to me the day before because I'm not a COMMERCIAL customer! Told him I'd figure something out and not to worry about it.
