I met with him that afternoon, & paid the $150.00 deposit via cashapp. On Monday, March 16, we were notified by the venue that it was cancelled due to covid. I immediately texted him and to date he has not replied, nor refunded me. Every vendor including the venue (via the town) has refunded me. I even sent a request to him via cashapp as well as called and texted. He has not replied. My next step is to take him to court because it's now obvious that he does not intend to refund me. Very disappointed because he presented himself as a professional.

Two days before our engagement party the photographer contacted us to let us know that he doubled booked us but will have another photographer come out 45 minutes later than the original time. The day of the party no photographer showed up. We tried Calling the company who told us they were looking for someone to come out. No one came out and they stop responding to us. The company is refusing to give us back our money.
