She has a calming voice and always keeps the class interesting. They have a cubby in the front for your shoes, a water filling station, a little shop where you can buy socks and clothes. The back has a bunch of reformers on both sides of the class. They have spring boards and weights. They have different classes for different levels of experience. It is a great time!
