It's $160 a month for unlimited classes. It's totally worth it in my opinion if you're a fan of mixed martial arts, gyms don't get much better than this. I really don't see what they could do much better than what they already have so John, good job, and I look forward to meeting you in the future.

The owners JD and Troy are so welcoming and friendly and they seem to remember everyone. I got recommendations on wraps, gloves, etc. when I decided I wanted to really get into this. I go 1-2x a week and have really enjoyed getting into a new sport/hobby. The coaches are just the right amount of serious and goofy to keep people learning but also having fun. They do a good job of managing varying class sizes with people at all different levels. I've met a lot of other nice and welcoming members of the gym through the classes too. People of all different ages and backgrounds come here so it's always very diverse with who you are working out around. But everyone seems to fit in and get the attention they need in order to improve their skills. The first class is free so I definitely recommend checking this place out!

You have to buy hand wraps for the class (mandatory, can't box without them), $10. They show you the punches before the class starts so you are not a total fish out of water. The classes have all different levels of skill and physicality so you can move at your own pace and not feel like you need to compete with the person next to you. As I write this review I have just completed my first month of class. I love it!!!!! I go on Saturdays, first thing in the morning. Jerome is the Saturday instructor and he is awesome. He pushes and gets in your face but he's such a motivator and makes sure that you are getting it. His classes can be intense but you feel the reward. I gotta mention Tina too. She is just this super awesome ball of energy. She has walked me through so many things. She's always ready to help and never makes you feel like "Geesh you don't have it yet!!"
