David and his assistant were encouraging. Then when things looked as if they were going south, it became impossible to reach either of them. We need to know how things are progressing. Even today, its the same. I call one office, who transfers to where the assistant is. Then I am told she is on another line, and will call me back. I have never received a call back in 3 months. Today , I was assured she would call. It's been OVER an hour. David Sewell is also out of pocket all of the time. I can not suggest this agency. I've had this policy since 1986. Dont know why this says California. I am in the Houston TX area. The location Pasadena, TX he has 3 offices.
