The woman was extremely unkind, not only to myself but also to my grandmothers 72 year old aid. She got extremely frustrated when it took me 3 minutes to find my grandmothers social security number. My mom was away, and I wasn't prepared for this. She kept making passive comments to her sidekick - like "they can't even find the social security number." She also accused my grandmothers aid of not having a working heart monitor (she's been a nurse for the past 30 years and takes my grandmas heart rate every single day), and of there being blood in my grandmas mouth (it was red Gatorade). She was jumping to crazy conclusions, and even was about to write that down in her notepad until we told her she was wrong. Not only was she nasty to us when we were in a horrible and devastating situation - but she was cracking jokes to her sidekick and hysterically laughing - right over my grandmas deceased body. Do these people have souls?
