We specifically requested that they clean the windows, floors, doors, and do an overall deep clean. Unfortunately, they left the house still visibly dirty. There were fingerprints still on the windows, the doors were filthy, the stove hadn't been touched, and the floors were not cleaned properly. In fact, when I returned the next day with someone else to finish the job, the mop water was dark with dirt--clear proof that the floors hadn't been cleaned at all. This was a careless and lazy job. We paid for a service that was simply not delivered, and I had to spend additional time and money to get the home cleaned properly. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.
