She handled the booking in a manner that was efficient, personable, warm and friendly. They were able to accommodate my ride on a weekend with evening hours for a very reasonable rate. I used them before on Thanksgiving and everything went smoothly. Pick up and drop off were timely. They were able to accommodate us on short notice on the holiday and even extend their hours for a slightly later pickup time for a very reasonable extra fee due to the holiday.
