I am very happy with Truelove's service. Irrigation pvc tee joint for pipe to the electric valve had 2 pinhole leaks. Since their services are in demand, you may have to wait until afternoon for a morning service call. Big thanks to Travis and his Wingman for making repairs in 90 minutes. We had a septic issue then needed a new water heater. I would recommed Truelove over anyone else. Honestey!! Another plumbing service in Kingman told us that something was code for Kingman. We checked with the Kingman water dept. and we were not told the truth. After Truelove employees installed our new hot water heater, they sweept the area of the garage where they were working. I just want to say that Truelove Plumbing is the place to go when there is problems with any plumbing issue. They are sufficient with time, very accurate with any problem that arises and will get to the bottom of the issue and do it with courtesy and kindness. I have had issues with my Water Heater and it being under warranty they have had to talk with the manufacturer a couple of times but they got the parts taken care of even though they had had to sit on the phone with the company up to 1 and a half hours to get through to make sure I received my parts promptly and have made sure I received the parts and put them in as soon as I received them from the manufacturer with no issues! During replacement of our guest bath toilet the plumber discovered the flange was disintegrated on one side needing replacement. He did a beautiful job using up the whole hour and finishing the install, so the only extra cost was $25 in parts. Fair pricing, great job, and cleaned up as he went, so it was spotless when he left. Do NOT use!!!! These people are thieves. Details follow. DAY 1: We were quoted on the phone "$75 for a service call". They showed up late after we were there @ 7AM to meet them, the time thst THEY specified. When they got there (@740AM), they said that they couldnt do the test until they could make sure the meter valve was off. They then couldn't find the meter. We were charged $135/hr. As they walked up & down the street looking. They never did find it (how convenient! Looks good on the bottom line!). I called the water company, who told me right where to find it (free: under 5 minutes invested). They then didn't have the tools they needed to do the job (a generator), making the rest of the pressure test impossible. DAY 2: Came back with the generator. Proceeded to do the test. Found several leaks. Cost for a pressure test that should have taken 1-2 hours? $693 over 2 days. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!!! DO NOT USE---DO NOT USE---DO NOT USE This WILL be going to court. There's no reason for a customer to pay for these kinds of screw ups. read more

Recently we had an unexpected front yard waterline leak brought to our attention by tree trimmers working in our yard. They felt the unnaturally soft ground under our heavy gravel cover. Truelove's professional and friendly office person sent someone over within the hour to check the location and confirm the leak was on our side of the meter. A City of Kingmsn Water Dept. employee also responded promptly at our request , reconfirming the leak location. Truelove's staff dug out the area and confirmed pinholes in 60 year old galvanized water lines. Within a few days, it was replaced, including the yard faucet, adding a T for future added lines. Mark was communicative throughout the process, hard/working and professional. He kept us informed at every step, including the value of flexible waterline and salting the ditch to discourage the damaging tree roots from doing further damage. Best of all, the total job came in UNDER estimate. Woo hoo. Color me a happy customer. I highly recommend Truelove Plumbing. read more

Love. love, love them! Had an accident at my house. Dirt bike hit my gas meter and busted my main line into my house. They came out the same day that I called and stayed on the job for 11 days until the building inspector finally made his way to my house to inspect it before the gas company could replace my meter. They fixed my main gas line plus repaired 3 gas leaks caused by the accident, updated my old fittings and also fixed a water leak underneath my place. They were very thorough and everyone was so pleasant and left everything neat. Plus, I got a price break on the labor since they know that I live on a tight budget since I retired. We opted not to do the project they quoted us on - too expensive right now. But we did have them do some other work and they did a good job. They were here most of the day and even though I didn't agree with the order in which they did the work (they had to undo and re-do part of it because they didn't think ahead) we were satisfied. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was that the head workman calculated the bill (using a calculator) in our kitchen and we paid him on the spot. The next morning I got a phone call from the workman telling me that he had miscalculated the bill by $200 and that they were going to take it out of his paycheck if we didn't pay it. Well, of course I'm going to pay it - it was a mistake. But I thought it was tacky that they made this guy make the call rather than having the office call and tell me. Since that time we've heard from several sources that TrueLove is higher priced than most other area plumbers and that there is a very qualified plumber right here in Valle Vista who would appreciate the work. We'll call him first next time. read more

The shower in our master bathroom was backing up and we called TrueLove plumbing just before Christmas (2019). They were very fast to reply and came out right away. Unfortunately, the pipes were still backing up. We called Truelove, again, after Christmas and were told they do NOT warranty their work. They were paid $336 to unclog our pipes and the pipes were still clogged. They refused to come out and remedy the work. read more

The repair was done to our satisfaction for the install of a hot water heater, BUT there were several items we have issues with: 1) On 11/17/2016 We were quoted $75 per hour by the office on 11/16/2016. The first time Troy came out, he was here 30 minutes and we were charged the entire $75. 2) The next day 11/18/2016, Troy came out and had a helper with him and informed us it would be $75 an hour for Troy and $60 for the helper. I kept my cool, we NEEDED our hot water heater installed. My husband drained the hot water heater, got a new valve & nipple and disconnected the old hot water heater, so save us money ALL BEFORE Troy got here. It took Troy 1 hour to install the new one. We were charged for 1 1/2 hours, we were NEVER informed we would be charged for TRAVEL TIME (30 min for round trip to/from our house to their shop) in addition to the install time. Total bill $241.75. Troy came with a handful of hand tools, borrowed my husband tin snips (Troy's were too dull), had his helper go to his truck two or three times for a crescent wrench and other tools & the helper held the flashlight & helped get the hot water heater out/in with OUR DOLLY. He did not have any tool belt or tool box brought inside. That's a waste of time and costs the customer extra unnecessarily. Troy told my husband to turn on the water at the bathroom tub. I previously had read the instructions on the box & it said FARTHEST from the hot water heater, the kitchen is FARTHER!! Because of this, our tub/shower is not receiving hot water and Troy left knowing this and left us hanging. Today is Thanksgiving and we still are without tub/shower use. My hubby took faucet apart, we had to buy a new one (old one was only 3 yrs old) and it still won't work, so now we have to find ANOTHER plumber....we surely won't use Truelove again, nor recommend them! They weren't truthful with their costs and didn't provide a written estimate. We feel we were charged $127.50 for travel time for both Troy and helper and $60 for the installation for the helper. We feel we were overcharged $187.50. 3) We were advised of the $20 haul off fee for the old water heater, which Troy reduced to $10. We also had to call out another plumber to fix the shower/tub/hot water for an additional cost of $125. We are NOT happy with Truelove Plumbing. read more

In January 2013, our then vacant house in Kingman was one of many to suffer broken water pipes due to freezing. Fortunately, Truelove was able to respond promptly. Therein ends my praise of Truelove. They did the repair of the pipes and in so doing, had to cut many many holes in the sheetrock of the ceiling and walls. This we understood would be the case. What we were not told was that Truelove would do absolutely no clean up. Consequently the entire house was strewn with broken pieces of sheet rock and piles upon piles of insulation. In addition, we asked that Truelove insulate the water pipes in the attic, which we later found they did not do. Truelove gave the explanation of their not doing any clean up as a) it would have been more expensive, and b) it was assumed a flood restoration company would come into the house and do repairs and clean up their mess. It seems unbelievable that they made no attempt to clean up their mess. A restoration company was not needed. A couple days after the Truelove repair when there had been no additional freezing temperatures our agent returned to the house only to discover that another leaking pipe had done further extensive damage to the wall and ceiing in the same place where Truelove had done a repair. It was Truelove's contention that jiggling pipes or whatever lame explanation they gave had precipitated another pipe leak. We felt they had simply missed this leak in their first repair. I am not sure of the exact truth here. But I felt it rather nervy of them to send us another statement for this additional work. The overall cost of the work by Truelove seems much higher than that of other companies we have had do work on this same house; ie, Truelove and another company did the same number of hours work on this house and the Truelove bill was twice that of the other company for the same number of hours work. I cannot recommend Truelove Plumbing in any way. Find someone else. read more
