We have notified this office of a change of address a minimum of four times and yet the bills go to a previous address and then we get cancellation emails. My husband was involved in an accident, the other driver at fault. When he called the office he was told it was his responsibility to contact the other insurance company to file the claim, etc. I'm on the hunt for another agent!

I was crying, shaking and even feared this man who appeared to be capable of being violent. I would NEVER speak to anyone like that, especially in a place of business. I was bullied and had to sit and calm down before I could safely drive home. No apologies were offered, nor did he seem at all sorry. This Allstate location is in Pooler on Highway 80. I am 63 years old and have never been treated so rudely in my entire life, especially by a supposedly experienced business man. Is he not supposed to maturely take care of business? Does he get to treat a grown woman like this with no repercussions? Would he have spoken to a MAN in this manner? I do not think so. This is not ok. I had nightmares about this experience. It leaves me feeling sick to my stomach as well. How does he sleep at night, and am I the only one who has been abused by him?
