All others were on the phone. Caregivers show up without any contact. I was told that I was hard to have a worker. I have chronic back pain. They were never even given any over view as to what it is. I am a caregiver that eats the same thing everyday. Care givers refused to wear scrubs sbd take off their shoes. I was abandoned at the hospital and was put back on my case. I even brought a caregiver over. I will nut slight them, they "tried" hard but there are exceptions of cooking. I was cursed out by a staff member. My tv and Rollator were broken. I work remote and there has always been an issue of privacy. As a person who had chronic back pain, they need more seasoned staff. The staff want to chill during down time. If you are willing to deal with young caregivers that never had a job a day in their life or only have worked for family, bed bound or overnights that's for you. Or continues no call no shows.

Laurie met us in the hospital and explained the services that Hospice offers. She was warm, professional and listened to our needs. Within hours a crew was at the house to set up everything we would need. The on-call RN Mike was outstanding. He provided clear plans, and education on what to expect though this process, which took the fear out of subtle changes our loved one went through and empowered us to help care for him. Mike helped us plan a medication schedule that significantly reduced his suffering. Sherri the Chaplain was with us during some very difficult times and helped us all through it with such grace and kindness. We could not have asked for a more beautiful experience of being surrounded by family and love during his final hours. We are so grateful for Kindful Hospice!

They were respectful, loving, vigilant, and offered us the greatly needed spiritual support and atmosphere that we needed while most exhausted and grieving. They were so kind and unselfishly served our family, when we needed it most.
