I searched/inquired various locations near my home, reached out to this store's owner(?) two weeks ago in preparation of my close friend's bachelor party and requested order of t shirts so I can surprise him and wear that on Friday night (I know, it's cheesy, but I wanted to make a good memory). He responded telling me to send the file so I've sent it to him hoping to purchase through him. Initially I've received good responses, then the responses got late, later, until to the point where I got worried and constantly followed up on my order. I was contemplating whether I should jump ship, but 3 days before, owner responds saying he is able to do it and gives me a ballpark price, which sounded reasonable, so I committed to wait. In conclusion? Today, the day before my friend's event, he apologizes to me saying his employee is too busy and won't be able to make my order, and 'hopes to do business again in the future'. I'm furious, feels like I got screwed in the last minute, never been served like this doing business. I quickly made a u turn and found a hidden lil nerd shop (((saying that with much love))). Currently they have a $5 dollars a tshirt (any shirt ) and $15 for hoodies. They can custom make a t shirt or hoodie for you. So I picked up around 6 shirts for love ones for this Xmas. It's extremely well hidden (unfortunately ), customer service is excellent, and prices are more than reasonable. I recommended some more nerdoms to print, hopefully I get to see some of my suggestions next time i stop by to purchase.

I am so glad I was able to find this business ! I had…read moreplanned for an online company to do the entire process, but it would've came a few days after I needed it. I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . I will definitely be back, they did such a great job, my friend really loved her birthday gift !
