Well that was hugely disappointing. I'm not one to leave reviews but WOW!!! Sent over a Small, simple job that should have been a slam dunk. NOPE!!! Initially i was impressed with the service i was getting, had a nice chat with Elium. He agreed to prioritize the DTF print i needed. I was stoked, hoping i found a good vendor close, well it won't be these guys. I sent a 400dpi transparent PNG, ready to go! Looks like the white underprint pulled a bit causing a drip outside of the graphic. Called them about it not about the money but on principle after i was told so proudly who they do work for and was absolutely shocked at how the conversation played out. I got played for pennies. Basically he couldn't get passed the idea of it being on his end, cop-out statement. "I didn't create the file" so regardless of how the file was i sent this guy his arrogance was going to be in the way, he took zero responsibility for what was clearly a printer malfunction. You can see by the photo the inconsistent white underprint and the registration that is off, POOP. I had run a bulk of the project with a company overseas and was not happy due to some minor banding slight registration issues. At the end of the conversation, he said he could see where the problem really was. I don't want to make this into a bigger deal than it is but i'd look for other options because if they drop the ball you're eating it. One time in the past, I arrived 420pm and missed it because they closed early, so I called to check if it opens before leaving, but I kept getting no answer. After doing it about 10 times, I made it and talked with one guy who was frustrated (maybe I called 10times) So I went there and dropped off 10 scrubs to wear at the hospital. However, the person working there said he would send me a receipt right away through email. Next day I checked my email but no receipt from him. When I called, he said he forgot to send it, but he said he would send it today, but he didn't. I eventually called the next day, but they still didn't answer the phone. After calling him about 10 times, he got angry and hung up, and telling me to stop calling and he will trash out my scrubs. Is this a legitimate business? Or are they robbers? Stay away from them and don't wastes your time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 03/25/2025 The owner posted that I did insult his employee which is not true. I can prove that I did not do it because I did record our conversation through my phone. 3rd day I still did not get my receipt he promised and called 5times. Finally he got it and yelled in anger " Don't call me again and I will trash your scrubs" and hung me up. That is why I called until he got it. (it was over 40times) Who is not doing right thing? I just asked the receipt for my scrub for 3days in a row and He didn't give me the receipt he promised three times for 3days. read more

If I could it would be no stars. Let me start out that this guy(Elium) is a piece of work. Huge disappointment. I came here on Wednesday to get a very simple die cut sticker made. It was basically the letters for a custom license plate that I was making for my soon to be granddaughters baby shower. I dropped off a paper that showed exactly what i needed. I even put measurements for everything so there would be no question as what I wanted. I asked him if he was he busy and asked when I would need it. I asked him if I could get it Friday. He said yes and "I WILL CALL YOU" when its done. It's Friday about 10 a.m. and I haven't heard anything from him, so I call him. He tells me that he's having trouble with the font and that he "I WILL CALLYOU SHORTLY" to let me know. Its now 5:30 p.m. and I haven't heard from him. His yelp says he closes at 4:30 p.m. I call him again and now he says that he's having trouble with his machine cutting it out and that "I WILL CALL YOU SHORTLY". I ask if he's open tomorrow(Sat.) so he has some more time and he tells me no as he has a family get together. He'll call me in a bit. It's now 8 p.m. and I'm wondering did the guy just blow me off or what? I call him again. He tells me that he's still having problems with cutting it out. He is going to purchase a new cutting blade from Amazon and try to cut it again in the morning(Sat) and "I WILL CALL YOU SHORTLY". So what happened to the family get together??? Anyway my party had started on Saturday and I never heard from Elium. I didn't even call him as it was too late for me to put the plate together even if I had the sticker at that time. I called him Monday and asked what happened. He tells me that he told me he could not cut it. I told him that this is bad business as he said he was getting the new blade and that he would call me and that he said he would call me several times and never did once. Then starts telling me whatever and just blowing me off. I told him I would be sure to leave him a review and his tune changed a bit but still argued with me so I just hung up on him. This sticker was so simple a 13 year old could have done it. Now that I see his other 1 star reviews they are similar to what I experienced. I would never go back here nor recommend anyone else have any work done here. BAD BUISNESS!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would. I asked if they can make our table numbers, menu, and another signage for our upcoming wedding; I was quoted and I decided to give Impressions Graphics a try. I was told everything would be ready in 2-3 days; however, it has been almost a week and a half. I'm very disappointed in the fact that I had to call multiple times and follow up on when my product is ready. I finally received a preview on what my table numbers would look like, but they were still missing my menu. I waited for another preview hoping they can add my menu, but I never got a response and here I am almost a week from my wedding without any sort of communication. At this point, I'm going with another company that will help me out because clearly this place doesn't have the capacity to do so. For business owner- you need to follow up with your customers and their products especially for big events like weddings. It is very frustrating to not get any response for this amount of time. The location has moved since the last time I went and is much better in my opinion considering it is in a shopping center and there is plenty of parking. I can't rave about this graphic design shop enough because they came in clutch last minute for my sister's bachelorette tshirts. We wanted puff print, which is pretty specific and they were able to get the supplies and materials necessary to get it done. They also worked with me and accommodated so the shirts would get done in time before I headed out for Vegas! I provided the shirts and since I had the design ready, it was a pretty easy process from there. Some of the shirts had some minor defects, but nothing I would complain about at all because my sister cried when she saw them. We were both so ecstatic! I'm definitely going back to them if I need more puff print work done. I had a gang of people asking where I got the shirts done. Pricing of shirts are worth it, especially if you want puff print. There is no order minimum either. One thing I would mention is to call them before heading to the shop because they are in and out and may not be there according to the scheduled times. read more

It wasn't until 3 days later I had to follow up and they stated the order was ready. When I arrived to pick up, I had to wait over 30 minutes in person so our soccer team could have jerseys in time. The worst part is, they completely butchered some of the names on the jerseys. Some letters are faded, crooked and uneven. My daughter has a short, simple, common name and they managed to completely wreck her jersey. Some letters are darker than others, one of the A's in her name is cut out completely wrong. read more

Couldn't do anything I requested. Eliam seemed confident that he knew what he was doing as he gave me a 45 min intro about his work being the best around. Ok awesome, I thought. He offered to do a couple shirts for free so I could get a good impression... He had my shirts since Monday and then calls me on Friday when they're about to close to say only 2/5 are complete, and he couldn't do the others. (Note: Only one of the two completed was correctly designed) He said something about the quality of shirts not being the best because I had brought my own. Although they were Gildan. The confidence was out the window when he proceeded to say he didn't know anything of what I wanted - even though initially on that Monday, he wrote down everything I specified for each shirt. I found all the sticky notes tucked away in the shirts. He had detailed notes including logo placement written out. Clearly it was too overwhelming to him. He is good with little league and basic designs. Wouldn't recommend for any customizations or company related shirts. Not a great first impression. Complete waste of time and money. read more
