Brittany has a major attitude as is slow to respond. My order was promised by a specific date. When I realized we were three days past that date, I called about three different times only to get a voicemail. I didn't want to leave a message so finally, on my fourth try in two days, she answered. She was abrasive and rude and blamed it on being a "mom of a 10 month old".. Welcome to the club my friend! Once I picked up my order, the logo was lopsided and color was already fading. No wonder my organization stopped working with her a year ago. Since it was my fault for not ordering from our current supplier in 2026 and going with Brittany, I decided not to pressure for a refund. If you can't handle printing and being a mom, maybe take a break, get some help or extended the lead time out to your customers. Especially since the orders are on a "pick up only" basis. read more

After doing some research on screen printing, I opted to go with OC Shirt Shop and have no regrets. I contacted the Yelp page for a quote and Brittany responded very quickly to let me know she was out of the office for the week but provided me with an email to her colleague Kristen who would be able to help me out with an order I needed within three days. There was a small hiccup in communication as I asked for the shirt to be available by Friday but the shop thought Saturday. However, when we went toward end of day Friday, the employee working quickly got our order done on time and apologized for the hiccup. Great customer service all around. First off, I want to say that Brittany was very sweet & responsive. I leave a 2 star review because of the quality of the print. I wanted to bring a custom designed shirt for my partner for Christmas and I first reached out to another printing business. They told me that they could do the job for $15 but the design I had wasn't going turn out great, and recommended me to go to a place with DTG (and let me know DTG costs around $35). So I reached out to this business and told me they could work with the design of my shirt and quoted $35. After hearing the price and their said capability to print the shirt, I proceeded with the order. However, when I got the shirt, the design was distorted and the print was very blotchy. I am not picky/perfectionistic but the blotching on the prints are just impossible to ignore. I asked Brittany why this was the case and if there was anything I could do to fix it (like filling in the blotchy patches with clothing markers), and she said all PNG designs come out like that and the markers would wash off. I just wish that she had told me in advance that the print is not going to look nice because it was PNG so that I could've done something differently. Definitely disappointed with the lack of information & the print. I wished it would have been different but the print is just so bad I think I might have to wear it myself because it is not gift-able. Also, if you have simple designs I think this place would be perfect for you as they can finish their orders very quickly, get the exact type of shirt you're looking for, and is very responsive. Maybe not for designs with pictures. read more

I was in a last-minute bind for a show that I had in LA on a Friday and my usual screen printing place told me they wouldn't be able to screen print because of material (I was getting a large logo printed on a pair of dickies coveralls). It was already ~2PM and I had been denied by about 6 different screen printing places before giving Brittany a call. To my delight, she told me she would be able to do it and to email the image file to her. I got to the shop, we finalized some things about the logo, I got to play with her wonderful pup, and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes!
