Not only were they able to come out same day, but two employees came out to handle a simple clog that I couldn't seem to locate. The biggest thing that stood out to me about them is that they took a picture of the problem, and it seems all the prices are 'standard' via the tablet they carried. There was no prices that he had to think up off the top of his head or that he had to call into the office to see how much he should charge. Their software/tablet seemed to have the 'standard prices' already configured in. Their truck also had numerous accessories - which was convenient when I wanted to replace a few cosmetic things without them having to run and go get it at a store. Professional, clean, even had those little throwaway shoe covers - will definitely use again.

Was told absolutely. It's 1:05pm and still no tech. Called and now being told it's been rescheduled for two days out. No phone, no text. Just 5 hours of wasted time. The initial two technicians who came were very nice, very honest and gave us a fair price for the repair. All that remained was for a person to come and complete the tile work. We were promised and set up an appointment days in advance to have the technician come at 8 AM. I received a call about 10 AM saying they had had a problem with the truck and had to take it back for repair. Understandable. However, at 1 PM still no one had come and no one had called. When my wife called to check, someone said that they had come to the gate of our gated community and did not receive any notice so they went away. They did not try to call me, the gate automatically caused my phone. Being in the hospital, I had nothing to do but answer a phone.. They did not try to call my wife. I am in the hospital having to deal with this stress. I had canceled my subscription with Lee Company once before, due to a concern over high pricing of parts that could be found at 1/3 the price.. This company, and these technicians knew of the predicament my wife and I were in. They did little to make things right. Consequently, the technician is now supposed to come the next day. Never mind that my wife had rearranged her life so that she could come tend to me at the hospital but other things as well so that she could be present when they arrived. This is typical of a fly-by-night company not someone with the reputation that Lee Company supposedly enjoys. Even if you reconfirm appointments, sometimes they don't come and they don't call.

They were kind, courteous, and had good candor. I always enjoy having a service team come to the house and I can cut up with them a bit. They worked hard, they worked fast, and the worked good. The repair was spot on quality wise considering the plumbing challenges of my older home. They even went so far as to try to get the pieces of grass back into place where they had to dig in my yard. There is no other other plumbing service in town as far as I am concerned. Mr. Rooter and this crew will always be my first call for any plumbing needs. They are quick to the job, do a quality job, and charge a very fair up front price for the work they do. These poor fellas were working in the cold water, in the mud, on a cold day and did it with a smile. You simply cannot ask for any better service.
