I've hired these folks a few times and the work is top-notch and fairly priced. Hard to find a good plumber so these folks are a find!

Dishonesty from the gate. Dodged a bullet there imo. Obviously. And he confused an electrical outlet as something to do w my sewer pump. Smh. Thank god I cancelled. Oh wait they came anyway I Wow. Great response. I did cancel via text. It delivered. Not my fault you didn't acknowledge it. But that's not the issue to me. Coming and messing with the equipment and denying it when I called until I advised them it's on camera. Str8 out lies. Ask him about the electrical box. I have everything on camera showing him where he doesn't belong in my back yard messing with equipment he shouldn't have touched. He should have left when no one answered the FRONT door. I stead he went into my backyard. Nope and lying to me then telling me have a blessed day. To me that's demons talking

We scheduled 3 estimates- 2 were done. Went with this company. They were knowledgeable, explained everything that would need to be done, fair prices, itemized estimate, very professional. We found out about the leak on a Wednesday. They arrived early on Monday and completed the work the same day. Very pleased with the service and the work.

That disappointment went away completely when this crew arrived today. Peyton and Randy were earlier than expected. Problem was bigger than expected too. They were kind, courteous, and had good candor. I always enjoy having a service team come to the house and I can cut up with them a bit. They worked hard, they worked fast, and the worked good. The repair was spot on quality wise considering the plumbing challenges of my older home. They even went so far as to try to get the pieces of grass back into place where they had to dig in my yard. There is no other other plumbing service in town as far as I am concerned. Mr. Rooter and this crew will always be my first call for any plumbing needs. They are quick to the job, do a quality job, and charge a very fair up front price for the work they do. These poor fellas were working in the cold water, in the mud, on a cold day and did it with a smile. You simply cannot ask for any better service.

When a long‑time customer only learns about a substantial diagnostic fee after the technician arrives, that's a breakdown in communication and not consistent with those promises. It's reasonable to expect to be told the full structure (dispatch + diagnostic + separate repair quote) during scheduling so you can make an informed decision. I usually don't write reviews, but I am compelled to write this review today. I had a scheduled appointment for somebody to take a look at my home regarding electrical switches that were no longer working. The technician did show up, and I acknowledged the $79 dispatch fee. He came in and took a few pictures and then came back to me and told me I needed to pay an additional $255 for him to be able to find out what's wrong. This approach seems so absurd and ridiculous. Lee Company has never done so in all seven years that I've used them. This is the first time, and I'm very disappointed. They could've been much better in their approach. This gimmick here allows them to pad their wallets with both $79 and $255 all at once. What doesn't make sense is that after charging me this amount they would then tell me what it would cost to repair it. What if they tell me that the cost to repair it is $1000? So now I'm out $255 plus $79 if I choose not to proceed. Instead of utilizing these gimmicks, would it not just make sense for them to simply tell people when they're making the appointments that it's not just a $79 fee for dispatch, it's $79 plus $255 for them to actually look at what's going on? It is just sad and disappointing. I think you all should know before you call Lee Company for any work that this is what they are now doing. When I told the technician that I was going to write this review, he said he would just not even charge me the $79, which I don't really care about. I'm happy to pay this stupid $79, but I am so disappointed because it's a waste of my time. They could do better than that.
