Caviat: This review pertains ONLY to the vinyassa flow yoga classes, and I am a yogi who is interested in the mind-spirit-body connection that yoga provides in addition to the outward health benefits. Trufusion's take on yoga taps a familiar trend of teaching yoga like a workout class - more contemporary music, less focus on holding poses, more movement and less spiritual connection. They, like many other studios in Vegas think it needs to be 85+ degrees to practice yoga. I am soooo tired of trying yoga classes in this town and ending up sliding all over my mat because the studio or instructor thinks yoga can only be practiced in heat "to properly warm the muscles and prevent injury." I have been very athletic throughout my lifetime and have always been able to perform without injury in weather that was cooler than 85 degrees. How you may ask? By warming up! Ujjayi breath is designed to warm the body from the inside, and since when is it bad to do some light work and stretching to warm up before diving right into vinyassa flow? Sliding out of a pose because you're perspiring will cause more injury than a lower temperature I promise you. As great as you are at inner concentration the spiritual side of your practice is hampered by the frustration of not being able to hold poses and worrying about sliding into an injury, and listening to the loud music from the hard-core workout classes in the room next door. Would 75 degrees and some warm-up be a bad thing? Is everyone in such a hurry that we can't take 10 minutes to warm up? I am not opposed to sweating in the least, but I go to the gym regularly to soak my clothes - not the yoga mat. I really don't understand this trend at all, and if anyone has any enlightenment to share on the subject please do. In the meantime, if you like sliding around and struggling to hold poses, like many people apparently do these days (especially the younger crowd, check out all the 5-star reviewers here), vinyassa at TruFusion is definitely for you. Just wear a long shirt and long pants, or plan to break your practice many times to dry off with a towel if you want to hold poses and practice comfortably. Or you could just not give 100%, but then why go in the first place? Update - Raised to 2 stars as the instruction seems sound, but the vinyassa instructors I've had so far (Alicia, Jennifer, Randall) all LOVE the heat - though Randall's class is a little less intensive and closer to the floor so you are able to stay below the blasts of hot air from the heating unit above. Went to a class at Trufusion. The hottest class of all classes Tru75. Head pressure and a tickle in my throat happened. I did not leave the room. The room was under construction. I was told by someone in the locker room there was a leak somewhere and the windows got sealed up. I came home and went to bed. Woke up with a full dry cough that tasted like mold. Jonathan a higher up in Trufusion corporation called me after he was told to call me more than once. This was about the 5th day I was still in bed from this cough. I shared with him calmly my situation. He was not kind nor did he seem to care about what I was saying to him, he spoke circles around how Trufusion is constantly improving rooms for their people. He blurted out at me his Berkley degrees and I then at this point realized it was about the "numbers," as he said, "why would we close down a room for improvements?" I have been longer than 2 weeks with this cough and feeling so not myself. Everything I do is holistic therefore I did not even think of "going to the doctor" as he told me I should have, since there now is nothing to prove. I have sat with this information for some time. I am sad that Trufusion did not care to announce that the room was under construction to give participants the ability to choose on the online schedule whether to attend hot classes to breath in soot, dust, dry wall, chemicals and so forth. Why am I sad, I got my whole family to go to Trufusion my teenagers take classes and their dad as well. Now for me no more. It is unfortunate Jonathan and his inability to listen and care was not able to soften and simply listen, he was busy justifying everything. After the call with this Jonathan fellow, Trufusion then sent out an apology email to participants for the hot room being "under construction for room improvements," If I caused this conscious action for these people to apologize then great. Wow. Seriously, this was the best experience I've ever had with any studio, gym, and class. As soon as I walked in...immediately the words "wow, its so beautiful" literally came out of my mouth. I have been looking for a studio, that I can go to regularly and leave my stressful life and feel at peace, at this was it! First off, I had a groupon....I totally thought I wasn't going to get great service...businesses tend to be annoyed when you use a groupon. BUT NOT THIS PLACE, the front girl was so upbeat and made my account and showed me how to use the member tag and showed me where my class was. Awesome Second, I did the soulful Sunday class and it was PHENOMENAL. The instructor, Jamie Zimmer was so great, and made my first class one to remember. She was very calming and soothing and relatable. It was pretty hot in the room (as its meant to be) but she would never let it get unbearable. She was aware of the temp, and lighting. She was just awesome Third, all the classes are online...so you are able to see exactly when the class starts, ranging from seriously SO MANY DIFFERENT TYPES. I plan on doing a kettleball class soon...that to me is so great. Like I don't ever have to go a gym, I have pilates, yoga, bootcamp, ketteleball, and many more types of fitness classes. Lastly, the décor and vibe of this place is so refreshing and clean and modernized. ITS PERFECT PLACE TO GO AND RELAX AND DO YOUR THING. I will definitely be doing the monthly when my groupon ends. So this place really bums me out, when I started going here over a year ago it was a yoga focused place with kind people and a laid back flow. In just over a year it has done a 180. They got rid of their online signup, turned a yoga room into a cycling room, made every class packed to the max, and made everything super corporate. Imagine being sardines in a hot Pilates class, other people's swear and feet hitting you, and all the while trying make more room as late comers enter whenever they want. I tried to renew my membership over the phone before they raised their prices in January by over $100 a year and no one could help me, then when I went to do it in person they said I would need to pay the new inflated rate because I missed the deadline. So in the end, they lost me as a client. The people running it are way too focused on making it all about the corporate image and have sold out. When I emailed them to ask of someone could help me renew my annual membership, no one ever got back to me. Really sad because I used to love this place but I guess things change. I hesitated about writing this review for a while but now looking back with a clear mind I feel I must warn people. This isn't a place for happy yoga goers, this is like LVAC of hot Pilates. read more

I have been going here for over a year now. Definitely had my ups and downs.. But currently, we are at an up. I do want to share my downs with you though and how some have turned around to for the better. First problem I had: I was a member for a "locked in" $49.99. One day, I wake up & check my account and I was charged $69.99. I was confused because I hadn't received ANY emails or notification of the price increase. You literally just can't raise prices on people. So anyway, I called, and the first girl I spoke to said that was a price for anyone who wasn't "locked in again" by the 15th. It was the 16th so I was sure they would let me slide. I spoke to another girl and I was told the 1st girl was wrong, everyone is charged. The date meant nothing. With their attitudes, the struggle to speak with a manager at first, the upcharge and peeved at the lack of communication between staff, I wanted to cancel... But Patrick (the manager) called me and made me feel better about it. So I stayed. When I reached my year, they just canceled me. I assumed I would continue to pay until I WANTED to cancel... So when I called to "sign back up" I had to jump through hoops and deal with the biggest inconvenience of them all: them accidentally charging my card $600. They obviously refunded my money but guess what? It takes 5-7 business days to get back. So needless to say, I was screwed for a few days but, they made up for the mistake by giving me one month free. Which leads me into the next small issue. No one is on the same page. Because I had that one month free, I had to sign up for all my classes over the phone. Every time I called, I had to give the run around with what happened and why I'm getting stuff for free and if I was even telling the truth. First girl told me she'd put a note in my account, but apparently she didn't. I had one staff member ask me if I had "proof" of this "so called event". She was calling me a liar, flat out. I was fuming. This situation never got better.. I just started paying monthly again and didn't have to deal with the front desk ever again. I have had some serious issues with attitudes of some of the girls from their juice bar... but simple solution- I just stopped ordering from the juice bar. Now I go home and just make my own because i choose not to deal with them. Plus, everything I have ever ordered was disgusting. (Not to mention, they make things way more difficult than need be) The Pilates and boot camp classes are so packed that we have to touch each other while we workout and it's so gross and uncomfortable so I just stopped going to those classes. At one point, i would sign up for the class and not even be able to fit! So i didn't understand why we were signing up for classes ahead of time, if it meant nothing. What that should do is guarantee you a spot. I don't know if that changed because I chose to stop taking those classes but hopefully they worked something out. I love all the other classes though. There are two teachers I just love: Jimmy and Cristin. Cristin teaches Monday night's power flow and her attitude and positivity is simply inspiring. I love her. Jimmy is just hands down a nice and caring man. I will go to any class they teach. I came here after Bikram and it was a pure relief to have teachers that weren't jerk drill sergeants not allowing you to drink water. I can take a break when I need, walk out when I need, and drink water when I need. I love trufusion, it's just like with any other relationship, there are some things that annoy me... & there are some ups and downs but the good outweigh the bad. Now my only issue is they need more clocks around haha I can never see what time it is outside of the rooms. The variety of classes that are offered and the late night classes are amazing... But expect to be in overly packed classes having to arrive 15-20 prior to class to get a spot a decent spot... Hopefully adding new locations helps eliminate the crowded classes... Recently I wrote to them asking if the current members could transfer home locations (to blue diamond or etc) and have yet to hear a response but have received nearly daily emails about there new locations coming soon. Current members should be allowed to transfer home locations while honoring the same monthly rate allowing more space in class & help with the over crowded classes... After attending class today, I asked the lady at the desk about transferring... She stated that I would have to cancel my membership and start a new one at the other locations. She stated that there is a price variation between locations... If this so, it isn't fair to current members that if they are wanting to relocate there home locations to penalize them & have to potentially pay more for the same membership... read more

TruFusion Eastern - The line waiting to enter class - Pilates Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I've talked to this location a few times today and the worker "Lexi" doesn't seem to really know much about what goes on at the place she is employed at. I was informed earlier that they gave a government discount which teachers are but after they made me wait for over an hour for a call back, just to say they don't offer a discount. They also said they could, over the phone, transfer my home gym from summerlin to them since I am moving but when I called back to finally do that, Lexi said I had to all them and figure it out with them, but to basically cancel with summerlin and open a new one with them. They are not consistent and it's impeccable how unfriendly they are on the phone. They don't seem like they understand what goes on or it's just Lexi who gives bad information. I'd rather keep giving my money to summerlin location, at least they were super friendly and tried to help me. Maybe Lexi should take a course in customer service or being knowledgeable about the place she is employed at. read more

So this my free advice/feedback from one business owner to another (trufusion). I went to your studio for the first time last Friday. I signed up for your $30 1 month trial membership. After signing up, I wasn't given a tour or any real introduction to the place. I had to ask to find the locker room, ask a guest how the lockers worked, then went back to the desk to ask which room to go to, where they said "just go right and right". The girls at the desk are nice but they really lacked the customer service I expected from franchise like this. As a new yogi, I didn't know the basics like bring your own mat, towel and water. I couldn't find a water faucet and so I asked about water and bought a bottle for $3. No problem. Did the class. Instructor was great. Room was hotter than I expected. I barely got through as the heat bothered me so I had to take a shower to cool down. A guy in the locker room saw me and I asked about the towel situation (I had thought towels were provided like Lifetime, where I'm currently a member too). He said he'd get me one as it was my first time. He brought one back and told me I was charged $3 on my credit card. Okay well this nickel and dime thing is irritating in the beginning. I would be okay with it if it wasn't my first time and I had no idea how the place worked. Again, no introduction, tour of facilities, nothing when I signed up. I came back again tonight. My second time. This time with a brand new mat, two clean towels and bottle of water. I was excited to get my stretch on. When I walked into class as it began, I saw that the room was packed. I went to the back where there could've been space but two people were content to spread out more than everyone else and wouldn't make eye contact as I stood there and waved. Irritated, I walked out. It would have been nice if the instructor had greeted me and said "hey, let's see if we can fit you in here". I went to the desk and asked if the classes were over-capacity like this and they said "yes, the instructor is popular and this isn't even that busy". Well, that was discouraging. A guest offered to go in the room and try to find space and even she couldn't do anything about it. As a new customer, this isn't looking good and I'm now looking to go elsewhere. I know I'm one person, but I'm a loyal person and a good customer. And I have a large influence within my community here in LV. I know some of the teachers and guests that attend your studio. I really wanted to like the place. But the experience has been lacking. One young gentleman at the front was good at smiling and explaining how the classes can be busy, and how I could come earlier at less busy times. The two girls were nice but really looked unhappy and gave me that unwelcome feeling, like it was annoying that I was standing there asking these questions. Mind you I only went once here, and I've heard AMAZING things from other people; but for me it was WAY too packed. If I'm doing hot yoga, the last thing I want is to be touching The person next to me because they jam so many people in to the room. I was so paranoid about my hands and feet randomly touching my neighbors that I felt I couldn't relax. That being said, that's the sole reason I didn't go back. I am fairly new member to this studio. As a student, I decided after a month that it wasn't an affordable expense. If you have a month-to-month membership, the studio requires 30 days notice for cancellation. When I called to cancel 5 days after my account was debited for my second month of membership, I was told that per my contract, my account would be debited a third time-that if I had called just days prior, a third payment for an ENTIRE ADDITIONAL MONTH could have been avoided. I understand that contracts and policies are in place for the benefit of a business, and that they require adequate cancellation of membership to adjust their billing arrangements. However, I find this complete lack of customer service and unwillingness to accommodate for a 5 day(in actuality 3 day per my bank statement) window, completely inconsiderate and quite frankly, greedy. Since neither of the two women I spoke with bothered to explain the reasoning (other than because that's their policy) behind their total refusal meet me in the middle, and continually threw the "contract" in my face, I was left beyond frustrated with the impression that they were simply charging me just because they could. I'm not one to back the notion that the customer is always right. However, I do believe that a business should do everything in it's power to ensure that every guest leaves the establishment happy (not in yelling match, and abruptly hanging up the phone for lack of reaching any type of mutual understanding). It has been a few weeks since I joined TruFusion and I am so impressed with this company. I toured a few other gyms and left without signing a contract. The day I toured TruFusion I signed up immediately for a trial run. And do not regret it for one minute. I have been slacking in the workout department due to injury and most of the time, lack of motivation. During my first few classes, I felt so self conscious because everyone seems to be in phenomenal shape at this place. However, every single instructor I have encountered has been so kind and non judgmental. They have all encouraged me to do variations on some of the exercises within my abilities. There are quite a few classes that get crowded, but I guess that is attributed to the popularity and quality of the instructors. Maybe they will open up another location at some point!! Sure this gym may seem expensive, but I can already see changes in my physique. I can assure you, the price is completely worth it read more

I attended classes for five weeks. I am not fit and have visited other Yoga studios. They have 4 workout rooms, large bath with showers (free lockers with lock, as well as shampoo, conditioner and soap), a snack bar (orders can be placed to be ready to pick up after class), small retail area, as well as mats for rent. You can make online reservation for classes. Memberships for unlimited use, If you are a college student with current transcripts is $49 per month, $69 for non students or $549 per year. The front desk does a good job of greeting and dispatching everybody. If you are a well seasoned and fit enthusiast you will find a great assortment of classes. For the beginners, the choices are few, I suggest Yin Yoga or gentle Yoga with Randall and any class with Samantha B. For not heated classes, and TruYin with Martin for heated. TruFusion welcomes all levels but it is not a beginners class. I really wished they had earlier Yoga non heated classes, or Barre and beginner classes as mid morning is way too late for working and students members. The beginner classes are only offered in the weekends! Get there a few minutes before class to find a spot because there is a large attendance, (making it difficult to do certain posses, again something that could be corrected by offering more classes or opening more than 2 rooms at a time). They do have a large assortment of regular classes on TruYoga, Pilates, Barre, and more compared to other studios. They have classes from 5:45 a.m. To 8 p.m. Albeit if you like to workout before work/early morning you are really limited. This studio is better suited for those wanting to work out after work. There is a water fountain which is good, but I would advice to use it with caution (immediately after it has being cleaned as people put their mouths directly on it) they used to have the cup system for water but it was recently replaced :-( the good news is that you can refill your water bottle if you bring one. The studio is clean, the equipment and the baths well kept. I only attended a late afternoon class once and the smell was terrible, not sure if the clean between all classes but it always looks spotless. Overall a good place for beginners or those not fit if you have schedule flexibility, for those more seasoned and into hot workouts is a good value with large assortment of classes. read more

I've been practicing hot yoga for 10 years now and have worked out at every studio in Las Vegas and Henderson. Trufusion is by far the best studio I've ever practiced at! They offer a wide variety of classes from TRX, to Yin, to hot yoga and Pilates, in one of 4 modern workout rooms. Trufusion also offers free lockable lockers, clean and modern showers and dressing rooms, ample parking, a state-of-the-art booking and check-in system, friendly staff members, and knowledgeable, energetic, inspiring instructors! Trufusion is great... The instructors are great, the staff is great, but membership rates seem to keep elevating. I really hope they are raising prices to invest in a new studio for us here in Henderson because that is my only complaint: the rates and of course the inevitable: which is the amount of people and how packed some classes get. The workouts are very intense but you can still go at your own pace. I love this place but I would love it even more if rates would stop raising and if somehow classes were to be limited to a smaller amount of people or the owners open a new location. (Close to impossible.) I know this is asking for a lot but those are the only two recommendations I have. Other than that, this place is great. read more

It is interesting that this post was removed. I think it has merit and I think those researching TruFusion should read it. Thus, I'll submit it again: TruFusion is a business whose goal is expansion and franchising, not clients or their experiences. I have been a member of TruFusion for well over a year. I have seen them slowly lose what made them special, and watch them focus on branding and finding franchisees and investors. They do not value their staff. The staff (front desk, health bar, instructors) are constantly changing. I have kept in touch with some of my favorite former employees, and feel very disheartened with the circumstances in which they were let go. If you are considering joining TruFusion, I would encourage you not to get too close to any staff members. Recently, TruFusion underwent massive construction. During this construction, members were issued an apology email, but it didn't nearly convey what a disaster the property was for quite some time. I was doing yoga next to rogue ply wood pieces for weeks; and the Ashtanga room, once known for serenity and peace, looked like an alleyway next to an inner-city school. Not to mention the studio is still not finished and it has been well over a month. Also, TruFusion has stopped allowing members to sign up for classes to ensure spots in classes. They clearly do not care if I have a spot in a class or not. In their constant expansion they have added spin classes. There are 24 spin bikes, and no sign ups. This does not sound client-centered, it sounds like expansion with no plan to ensure their members are taken care of and happy. Today, my class was recorded and photographed. I had no notice of this until I walked in the room. It may have been posted on the website (not yesterday, however, when I checked to ensure my class wasn't removed from the schedule) but, since I cannot sign up for classes, I didn't see the notice online. Thus, I had to either miss my workout, or workout in an environment that was horrifically uncomfortable. Choosing to workout, I spent the time with paparazzi-like flashes the entire time. I go to my classes for me, not to give footage so your brand can be promoted using my quest for personal wellness. I can go on and on about their trainee classes that took precedence over their member classes, or how prices are consistently being increased, but ultimately what anyone considering joining this studio needs to know is this: they are constantly changing and expanding, and with each change and each expansion your experience will become increasingly worse; to the point where you'll choose to find a studio who values zen, self improvement, health, and member satisfaction. Quick update. I've been going to TruFusion ~4 times a week for the last month or so, and have really enjoyed it. I've been to bootcamp, boxing bootcamp, TRX, kettlebells, battleropes, Yin, their proprietary flow class (level 1 and 2), the flow/vinyasa class, barre, and pilates. I have enjoyed them all, and especially enjoyed the varying opportunities. I have had low-level back issues (muscular, I think) since I was a college athlete, and somehow aggravated it about a week ago. I was getting sharp shooting pain through my lower back and hips if I stood/turned/sat the wrong way. Went to a couple yin classes and my problem is almost solved. Again, shout out to TruFusion for the amazing schedule, where I can get literally any class I want multiple times in the week, even if I have to wait for the kids to be in bed. Also: I'm a convert on the heated classes. I really could feel it relaxing my back and allowing me to participate in the stretching. And if the heat causes my heart rate to be higher, maybe I am burning more calories?? read more

Trufusion was the best! Until 2016 happened! I have been a member for 15 months now and regretfully paid for another year in Dec 15' when my membership was up. They have seemed to bite off more than they can chew with all the new stuff they have implemented! The 4 original rooms were just right with the original core of trainers, now they have gotten away from what put them on the map. The BASICS! It's just a cattle call now (move them in and move them out) at the expense of sacrificing customer satisfaction. I used to go 4 or 5 times a week but I'm unfortunately down to 1 maybe 2. read more

Awesome gym with A LOT, A LOT of classes to choose from! All the yoga classes I have done they are fantastic, my favorite is Martin's Soulful Sunday at 8:30 am. Hot Pilates is very good also but none ever check your posture and I got hurt from that. Kettle-bells, battleropes, flygym and many more, all very good classes. The cycle room is a different story to me: if you take Laura's class you are in for a treat, a fun challenging ride! Laura knows what she is doing and it shows! I took at least 5 other teachers cycle classes and I could not stop staring at the clock wishing for the class to be over! The place is so busy you feel like you are just a number. read more

I really love this place! The only thing is I have to budget every month to afford it, but if you go to class atleast once a day it is worth it. Some classes are full to the brink, and you have to get there 20 min early to even get into the class or get a spot, and some classes are barely full. Just depends on the time you go. I read that they are opening two more locations so hopefully that changes that! but overall this is an amazing place, the instructors really are good and care about you, the front desk people are always nice ( except for one incident some black haired white girl who worked in the front gave me serious attitude, and didnt explain anything when i first signed up) I will continue to go here because i just love it even though it is 20 min from my house! read more

I found TruFusion on Groupon, and boy am I glad that I did! From the moment that I walked in I was impressed! The facility is beautiful, clean and modern. Add to that the huge assortment of classes and you've got something for everyone. I have enjoyed my experience so much that I have cancelled my membership at 24Hr Fitness and am now a full-time member here at TruFusion as of yesterday. In addition to the yoga classes like Candlelight Acoustic Yoga (that features a live musician) and Yin Yoga, I really love their TruZumba class. The instructors are so well versed in what they do and you can tell they love their craft. Perhaps my favorite thing about TF is the community. Everyone here is so welcoming and nice. There is even a friendly staff dog named Maggie that hangs out in the office on occasion. I'm a huge fan of seeing her happy tail around the studio and she brightens the atmosphere. The staff, instructors, and classes at Trufusion are amazing! I have been coming here for about two years now. I love this place so much. Whenever I have a stressful day I come meditate, but I also get in a good stretch and a work-out. They have a plethora of classes that include yoga, pilates, kettle bell, battle ropes, cycling, and more but I usually just do yoga and pilates. It is definitely worth the price, and I highly recommend anyone wanting to try yoga to come here! read more

TruFusion is pretty much my favorite part of every day. Looking forward to working out is not something I used to do, but they make it very easy. I work very near the Strip, and live Downtown, but I still drive 20-30 minutes to TruFusion, so that should say something. Let's start with the classes. There are so many there is literally no excuse not to work out. Any schedule you have, you can make a class. Any mood you are in, you can find a class. For upbeat & intense, I recommend Barefoot Bootcamp, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes and Hot Pilates+Sculpt. They are real muscle builders and will give you that cardio style satisfaction. A bonus is Down N Dirty Bootcamp, basically bootcamp with fantastic & hilariously inappropriate music. If you want a workout but with more sweating and less jumping around/ cardio, I would recommend any of the Trufusion classes, or Hot Power Flow classes. For real chill, more relaxing yoga, I would say Vinyasa and Yin classes, although Vinyasa is faster paced. I've never really been into taking TRX, but a lot of people also like that. I have taken a huge variety of teachers, and I would say at the very least, they all know what the hell they are doing. I prefer some styles, but I never feel like they aren't competent. My faves are Martin Hinton (will majorly kick your ass), Liz Steers, Leah Trask, Ashle' Worrick, Cristina Osorio & Patrick Mason (try his Sunday afternoon yoga!). Price is really good for what you get - yes, its more than 24HR or LVAC, but do you actually enjoy going to those places? Meat Markets!! Plus they always have specials for buying advance as well, and you don't need to necessarily get a contract, you can go month to month. The studio has a smoothie bar, a retail area in case you want to buy clothes or a yoga mat etc, some cool yoga/ spiritual books you can buy, towel/ mat rental, a water dispenser for your own bottles and pretty large locker rooms/ 6 showers, which will you definitely end up using at some point because you will be drenched in sweat and not want to offend people in your general vicinity after you leave. Very clean, and always being cleaned as well, and you can tell they put good thought into the feng shui of the place. It does get crowded after they release Groupons, so get AT LEAST 10-25 minutes early to class or you will probably not have a spot, especially the classes around 5-7pm. Signing up online DOES NOT guarantee you a spot, its every man for himself for a spot! I don't mind because I know this and prepare accordingly, but fair warning. First timers, bring a bath towel and a small face towel along with your mat, make sure you have water in the room. Coconut water will assist you greatly as well. Only good vibes in this spot! One last thing - almost everyone is in smoking hot shape so if you want eye candy, have fun haha! Also great motivation if you've fallen out of shape recently! Top recommended! Go !!! read more

By far the best fitness studio you will ever join. Every one after will not compare. I was a Trutribe member for 1 year starting in Nov 2014. I can honestly say I enjoyed every class and it pushed me above and beyond my limits. The instructors are all well trained and amazing at what they do. The best thing is they have plenty of classes throughout the day that can work with any schedule. I've recently moved out of Las Vegas. Therefore, TRUFUSION YOU NEED TO OPEN A SAN DIEGO LOCATION ASAP!!!!! I'm struggling out here without you guys! read more

Amazing studio!!! Love their schedule from early morning to late night and a variety in between. Their prices aren't gouging your wallet and they have a nice, clean, big studio. So many different classes, heated and not heated with great instructors and helpful front desk staff. They have nice, big locker rooms, a fresh water machine and a smoothie bar that can have your smoothie ready right after class if you want. Top studio in town if you ask me. Love the location. Was a tiny bit late for my first class but not allowed to join. That is not very nice. Disappointed.

Pros: variety of classes Cons: predominantly yoga classes There is a yoga studio on every corner of this town we really don't need another one. What I like about this place is that they have more than just yoga, they just don't have enough of the fun high cardio classes that make you sweat and burn calories. The best class by far is the boxing battle ropes class. It's 45 minutes of pure sweat. This class could easily be a whole hour. I'm giving that class and the instructors 5 stars! The instructors are professional and they even go around and do one on one with everyone. The down side is that they only offer this class 2 times in a week. They need to offer it every day. Thus the 2 star rating. One for each fun class offered. When they offer more boxing/battle ropes I'll up the star rating. I mean they offer 10 yoga classes a day (on average) and only 2 boxing/battle ropes a week. If you're going to call yourself trufusion then stand by the name and offer more variety, otherwise change your name to "the yoga studio" or something like that so we know you're just another yoga gym and nothing more. The spin classes and instructors are also great. 5 stars for all the spin instructors. Spin class gets 4 stars. They loose a star because the bikes are on top of each other and the handlebars hit your neighbors handlebars which can be scary. Also one of the bikes has had a broken strap for 3 weeks now. At the high rate of $80/month I'd expect a little better maintenance on the equipment. They do offer a heated shadow boxing class which I just find confusing because in the room next door there are actual bags to punch. Why do shadow box when they have the equipment to do the real thing. Pilates classes are good but after 1-2 a week it gets repetitive and boring. Yoga classes also get very repetitive and after you do one you've pretty much done them all and they get kind of boring quickly. Kettle bell booty workout is a great class, it's hard, it kicks your booty, but if you have lower back problems the class is not for you. read more
