I took my first hot Pilates class ever here tonight and omg! I'm more or less a conditioned gym goer, and this 1 hour intense core, lower and upper body work out really kicked my ass. Literally. I was drenched in sweat. I came with my bf and I used his $5 one time guest pass and of course decided to join. TruFusion gets 4 stars for price, though! It costs an arm and a leg, and they have the cutest attire, which is also going to cost me in the long run. However 5 stars because it really is worth the price if you need that extra push and have the cash to spend. Can't wait to try the other classes. read more

I'm a student at UNLV and they have affordable student rates for unlimited classes. It's 100% worth it for the variety of classes they offer :D They offer yoga (both heated & unheated), pilates, bootcamp, barre & more all under one roof. I highly recommend taking any classes w/ Martin or Liz. They make every class they teach fun and play the best music. For yoga , my favorite instructors are Cristin and Randall. I also like how the staff here maintains the most clean facilities. The showers are always equipped with shampoo , conditioner , and body wash + lockers are free with pre-installed locks. I'm not a regular client due to location but since it's opening and my first review, I have taken classes here occasionally. On this last visit I signed up for Tony's kettlebell class on Sunday afternoon. I checked in via ClassPass with the front desk and was directed to the room the class would be in. I've been a fan of the instructor, Tony. since I took his first class at Vegas Hot. No matter who is in the class, newbies, intermediates or advanced he's watchful of everyone's technique and form. This class is 75 minutes so it also includes a warm up and some yoga moves to stretch at the end. The class is heated but it's only 80 degrees. In my visits since the opening I still walk away with the first impression I had of this gym. They have thought of everything. They have a smoothie bar, clean restrooms, great instructors, and as soon as the classes end maintenance is on standby to clean the floors. read more

This is everything I look for in a gym. The concept of having 4 rooms (Rock, Sweat, Ride, and Soul) that house a variety of workouts in each space is so appealing! The price, in my opinion, is reasonable considering all that you have access to! The highlights of the gym has to be the classes in the Sweat room. Speaking from someone who was terrified of hot classes, I found them to be so fun and accessible to a variety of fitness levels. There is always room to improve and the instructors are encouraging while also offering modifications to difficult moves if needed. I personally enjoy hot barre, hot Pilates, and barefoot boot camp the most. Kettle Booty in the Rock room is also fun and challenging at the same time. The one downfall to this gym is that the spin classes leave something to be desired. The bikes, although great concept, are stiff and uncomfortable. One turn on one bike could equal five turns on another which creates inconsistency in each workout. All the instructors are incredible. The connection between mind, body, and spirit is touched on in every class no matter what you're taking. Nicole, Laura, and Stevi are especially incredible and motivating! I HIGHLY recommend trying this gym if you are looking for a little something from every group workout class type. You will want to come back! P.S. Please bring TruFusion to Orange County. Pros: I like the variety and schedule, lots to chose at any time of day, for a busy business owner like me, that alone is key and has its price. Juice bar is great and convenient to have right there. Knowledgeable instructors, state of the art spaces with trendy work-outs. Its clean, that is a huge plus, lockers are convenient. Cons: A bit pricey and over crowded. Must arrive early for decent spot for the class, which is ridiculous based on the hefty monthly investment I spend on the membership. The company culture of the place changed a bit in recent past, becoming a bit more corporate, and that changes the whole experience for me. Looking for other possibilities to be honest. read more

I was there this Sunday and took Jamie's Soulful Sunday hot yoga class. It was life changing! First. The whole ambiance at TruFusion was on point. I love that the whole area was scented with tree tea oil. I love the eye-soothing colors. I love the reclaimed pallate designs. I love that the bathrooms are clean and they're stocked with great products. And on the the good stuff. Jamie was supportive, inspiring, encouraging, understanding, and so amazing!! She set the tone of the class and soulful was what I needed. I was worn out and stressed because of work and every day life. Jamie spoke the words I needed to hear to get me motivated, rejuvenated, and grateful for what I have and what I'm going to do next. I don't live in town but I can promise you that when I am in town I will take Jamie's class. I'm scheduled to come to Vegas next week and I'm already planning to take my friends to Jamie's class. This place does NOT smell like a locker room even though it should because of how many people work out to their limit and sweat their butts off there. I blame the amazing teachers and the positive community culture they built - it simply can't be replicated by any other Pilates studio. One such teacher is Nicole Mynhier. She is empowering and makes every challenging class super fun! Right when you feel like giving up she'll encourage you to find your edge. Enjoyed the classes, the teachers, and the schedule but the energetic hygiene here is pretty poor. I joined for yoga and have been super disappointed that they do not teach any yogi etiquette. They allow people to enter classes late, be on their phones in the yoga studio, wear shoes in the yoga studio and talk/leave during savasana. Also, the cycle studio is right next to the yoga studio so the music rattles and shakes loudly during class. Again, they have great teachers and classes but was very difficult for me to get into the right head space for yoga here. read more

I joined Trufusion after my yoga studio closed. I've been going about a month and a half and really love it. They have a variety of temperature yoga classes, Barre, pilates, spin and HIIT classes so I really enjoy mixing up my week. The classes have been challenging, but you can definitely take it at your own pace. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I have found the workout rooms and bathroom areas to always be clean and tidy. A shout out to Nick for helping me get signed up and always answering my questions. The decor inside is cool, however the prices are really high and I dont know if the prices justify the quality of the workout. The company posts bios for some instructors but not all, and some instructors seem like they have no idea what they are doing let alone any credentials to support them teaching/leading others. Are they even certified personal trainers? A lot of bios say "I grew up playing sports or I grew up dancing" etc.. thats nice, so did a lot of people. That doesnt mean they are qualified to teach an exercise class. I have taken a wide variety of classes here and every class seems to involve jumping of some kind like youre a 3rd grader at an elementary school PE class or they have you break your back by picking up a kettlebell and putting it down hundreds of times and unless you know how to use the proper form you WILL hurt yourself and possibly even cause permanent damage. The best part of this gym is that you leave sweaty and exhausted like you had a really great workout but you can get that at any gym/studio. The other issue I have with this gym is that there is no flexibility regarding pricing/payment plans. So if you pay for 4 classes a month but only use 3, the extra class you didnt use will not roll over the next month and you are out $20-25 bucks. This company seems to be doing well and expanding nationally and tends to cater to the average millennial/gen z-er who is really bad with managing their money. read more

All I can say is I love all of the location! Every location is clean all the staffs are super nice and helpful. The instructor are beyond helpful and will assist you need it. The facility is awesome and always clean which I love it! I just wish that they all get synchronize about smaller stuff nothing really big like having the diffuser everywhere and having lotion and other stuff in the bathroom like the other location coz summerlin doesn't have it. Beyond the small stuff this place is an place to work out! The only thing is it's really expensive that's all rather than that everything else is perfect!! TruFusion Summerlin can be compared to a high end workout studio. They have a huge variety of classes and class times available. The front desk staff is welcoming and very helpful. The instructors I have met so far are motivating. My favorite classes are Kettlebooty and the Truseries yoga in 103 degree heat with 50% humidity it is such a good sweat. I love that they have a juice bar inside this location. The bathrooms and locker room and clean and also have that luxurious feel. I would definitely recommend this studio and this location in particular. read more

So-- this review is based on the only other gym I've been a member of: Lifetime Fitness Green Valley. When it comes to workouts, while I still believe you have to find the type of instructor you connect with, the intensity of the routines here are incredibly more challenging overall. I feel like my hour is maximized, and I leave looking like the floor has been wiped with me (due in part to the heat). This is a huge plus in my opinion. As for spin, I do wish there was more variety of styles like there are at Lifetime. I personally am not always in the mood for all the arm work/ dancing, and sometimes just want to push some gear and mindlessly ride. Last, I am disappointed at the lack of post workout smoothie/ recovery options. Lifetime had a full cafe, overpriced, but a daily "special" smoothie that rotated at a more reasonable price. I know you had Protein Source for a limited time, and even though overpriced as well, it was nice having a quick go to option before moving on to the next part of my day. Overall, I do truly enjoy this gym, and the fact that it's not a social club, but people who are serious about meeting their health goals: that's the lifestyle here. Last night was my first cycle class and I'm so glad I went! Upon walking in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionists and asked to sign up. Once that was done, they led me to the cycle room and was greeted by Rhosabelle! (HEY GIRL HEY!) It was a Dirty Ryde heated class and Rhosabelle absolutely made me feel like I was a badass. She's a great instructor that pays attention to each person, while pushing them to do as much as they can to maximize their workout within the 45min time frame. I will honestly say that I was only capable of doing 50%, because that was my first time and I had strength training that morning and the day before. My heart rate went up to 194 which was amazing! After my great experience, I've mentioned to Rhosabelle that she's found another loyal attendee in her Dirty Ryde classes! A little more about Rhosabelle: I've known her for about 4 years. She's always been a great fitness influencer. I've witnessed her fitness journey: crossfit, participating and finishing Spartan races, yoga, and now an instructor for TruFusion which she absolutely rocks. She's as real as it gets! read more

I purchased the groupon for 10 classes. I have only taken the yoga and yin classes so far but you really can't beat the variety and number of classes. Always plenty of parking which is nice because some gyms can have a crowned lot making you late for class. My initial sign up there was a little bit of snooty-ness from the girls at the front desk but other than that everyone has a smile on their face and the teachers have all been awesome. The annual price is steep so I'm still debating buying a membership I really wish I would've gotten the Black Friday sale. read more

I've been a TruFusion member since 2014. I bring everyone I know here!!! This is hands down the greatest fitness studio I have ever been to. I recommend arriving to class a little early, the teachers are great about making space for the last few people, but try to be 10-15 min early so you don't risk missing out. The locker rooms are clean and well kept at every studio here in Vegas. No contracts...& they work with you if you need to freeze your account for a little bit. The teachers, I don't have enough space in this little box to express how much I love them. All are great, but some of my favorites are: Liz Steers (she's the best of the best) Martin Hinton (so damn good) Lacy Schorr, Leanne (forgetting last name rn), Jacqueline Reinhardt, Miinta Judd, Jenny Kim, Mara Francesca(yoga), Costin Csizmas, ZEEK! (amazing), Laura Welch (cycle), Dave Mazany...I know I'm forgetting quite a few, but when I tell you they're all great I mean it. I signed up for the 30 day trial for $30. In truth is a 60 day $120 trial. It's a great yoga studio but I couldn't find time to go regularly. Even though I cancelled within my trial period they still dinged me for a second month. I emailed the studio and received no reply. Then stopped in to get a very flippant response to my question. Not the best business practice, but they get away with it. If you know you want to do yoga, go to TruFusion. If you aren't sure, stay Time to revise this. The studio replied to my email a week later and told me their intentions of refunding my second unused month. Now worthy of five stars, I wish I had time to keep my membership. read more

I have been a cycling instructor/group fitness instructor for ten plus years, Trufusion has the best classes I have ever taken. If you are seeking innovation, if you are seeking to step up your practice, and if you are yearning to find something new then this is your gym. My expertise is cycle. The bikes at Trufusion are RealRyde bikes. They are the newest innovation to the cycling scene. They move back and forth while you are riding. The bikes require a tremendous amount of core or abdominal strength while you are riding. Whether you are an advanced or beginner spinner it will take you 4 to 6 classes to get good on the bikes, just as a warning. The cycle classes at Trufusion are fun and challenging, I highly recommend them. read more

This location is absolutely wonderful, every once in a while I'll make the long drive out here for a workout - it's totally worth the drive. Entrance is actually not facing the parking lot. You'll need to walk alongside the building and enter from the side. The staff are exceptionally happy to see you arrive. I still remember my first visit - the front desk staff instantly jumped up and offered a quick tour of where everything is located and escorted me to which room my class would be in. This gesture make me feel like such VIP! They also offered mats for rental, as well as towels if you forgot yours. There is a locker room with built-in locks, and also storage cubbies near the class entrance. Showers are super clean and bright, and I loved the personal touch of the amenities station. Their hair dryers retract from the ceiling, and I love to use these since they have hot and cold settings for whatever my hair feels like for the day. Props are sanitized after each class - you'd drop them into the collection bins as you exit the class. Be mindful of your punctuality, as there is a penalty fee for lateness and no-shows. This isn't a problem for me since I usually aim to arrive early to fill up my reusable bottle at the water station. I am usually here for TruYin and also their Vinyasa classes, but recently I discovered their Tru Roll & Recover and after just 1 class I was transformed! Yes it was quite pain-ish during the rolling in class, but afterwards, I could feel the awesome effects since I can finally completely do a forward fold and ALL the tension was gone from my hamstrings - it was a first after many years of practicing yoga. I don't think any of the other locations offer this class yet, but I'm super happy that Blue Diamond has this gem of a studio. They offer daily passes as well as monthly rates and multi-studio rates. Currently I just pop in and purchase a day pass, but my company has a corporate monthly rate with this location so I may consider going this route in the near future. All in all, this studio is truly wonderful and I believe you just need to experience it once, and you'll be hooked :) read more

I've been going to TruFusion for about a month now and I absolutely love it. After being a college athlete and spending much of my late teens/early 20s working out additionally in a traditional gym I was severely burned out. I swore off working out for three years and instead maintained my weight through diet. After realizing that sitting in an office chair probably wasn't the best for my health I researched gym alternatives and decided on TruFusion. I was impressed by the number of classes they offered and how early and late the classes went in the day. The membership was also relatively cheap compared to similar gyms. I was warned by friends when I signed up that TruFusion was "so busy and crowded now, especially at nights." This worried me as I planned on mostly going after work around 6. Maybe these warnings helped me think it was going to be worse than it is but I don't find it to be a problem at all. Most of the time as long as you get there 10-15 early and are there when they open the doors to the class you can get a spot. The most packed class I've been in is Liz's class but she helped people that showed up at the last minute by asking people to move over. I'm definitely the kind of person that dreads walking into a packed room with no place for me so I will always try to get there early. Each instructor is different so you're constantly getting variation through class types and instructors. So far I've only been to hot pilates and bootcamp but I'm excited to try the others! I will admit that on my first day there I was thoroughly confused by the sign in process, lockers, and where to get the equipment for class. The front desk wasn't overly helpful but if you just watch people or ask for help you'll get through it. I'm very glad I joined TruFusion and I find myself saying that in each of the classes as I sweat profusely. read more

Wanted to take a yoga class while in Henderson and this spot wasn't too far from where we were staying. What was really great was that they offered a variety of other classes at that that same time, so my pal could take something else that was more to her liking. I did the TruFusion class with Cristen and it was pretty awesome. They definitely crank up the heat, but she's very encouraging and thorough with her adjustments and cues. Was a fan of that. I'm more of a vinyasa person, but I was definitely feeling all my muscles during the sequencing and really enjoyed the my 75-minutes in there. Parking is ample as it's in a big shopping center. I do recommend showing up at least 15-minutes early as the classes seem to fill up quickly. If you're a first timer and want to try some of their classes, they offer deals of the days where certain times were discounted. I thought that was pretty awesome. Bring a towel and a water bottle, cause you're gonna need it! read more

I have been coming here now for a few weeks-I have two children under two and I work full time. I just hauled ass to get to a class-a fitness class mind you, this was not a yoga class or something quiet that a late entry would interrupt-had my husband hurry home to switch me and watch the children-I show up 7 min late to a class (where my friend has a spot saved for me) and they won't let me in. In addition to my career I have also taught fitness classes at many different places, I have never turned a student away. Ever! I understand how it is to have an exhausting day and rush to a class and then to be turned away? I am completely disgusted and canceling my membership now! read more

Lauren's Soulful Sunday class is something I look forward to every week. As someone who needs yoga in their life but didn't necessarily like going to classes, this format has transformed how I feel about yoga. Lauren hands out angel cards before class, then reads tarot cards at the beginning, middle and end of class and translates the message for the group. I walk out of class every Sunday feeling great - physically, mentally and spiritually. Lauren has a special gift and I am so thankful for her classes and readings. read more

I loved practicing yoga here. I went to class almost every morning for the last six months. One of my fav teacher left and her classes were cancelled - which is totally understandable. BUT ---- they decided to cancel ALL the morning classes taught by my other fav teacher. I joined only for morning Ashthanga and so did many of the dedicated practitioners. We've voiced our needs and obviously they don't listen to their clients. I felt like they took away my favorite coffee from Starbucks. I advise you to be careful on committing because one day your amazing class will be POOOF gone. I was jaw dropping stunned disappointed in the customer service + how corporate management is handling this. If your going to own a business and build clients be reliable. I feel like false advertisement, what they offered in the beginning and the energy has totally shifted and its not about their customers anymore. I don't really give bad reviews but I really wanted to voice my opinion on this since no one at the studio is listening. NOW this is like any other hot studio in vegas, what they stood out for in the beginning has vanished. I also have referred almost 10 clients to them and was told I am getting one month free each person but haven't received that yet. read more

TruFusion is a beautifully modern twist on yoga and boot camp! As the name implies TruFusion is not your typical yoga studio. There are a lot of hybrid classes offered here that are based on yoga, pilates, bootcamp, trx, etc. Many of them are a blend that combine other disciplines as well, though they do offer a few more traditional experiences as well. The facility is absolutely gorgeous, modern, and clean. Each room has a different feel ranging from soothing candlelight ambiance, to no-nonsense workout attack. The staff is helpful and friendly. While the clientele is fun and laid back...still this seems a bit like a place to see and be seen. I'm on the fence for meh-I've experienced better, and a-ok. Soooo.......2.5 stars. My MIL has been going here frequently and has been telling us how great it is. She told my guy and I to create accounts online before coming to the class at 7pm tonight. I made sure everything was okay online, and we arrived at around 630. No one at the desk greeted us. There is a large shaggy dog parading around the studio..........unleashed.. There's no sign saying "loose dog" or "beware of dog".... Good thing I'm not afraid or have allergies....? This really reminds me of a sushi restaurant more than a work out center. They have clothes on the wall, along with all kinds of accessories for sale. They have a hip little juice bar, and I think they might sell snacks. We waited around, and we felt like the kids in gym class getting picked last. No one spoke to us, no one even looked our way. We finally saw my MIL walk through the door. The brunette who signed us in didn't feel even remotely friendly. I don't even think she smiled at us, or say "hello". We paid, and headed to put our shoes in the cubbies. We walked into the warm room, and thankfully it did not smell like bikgram. It's the weirdest thing to me... Everyone socializing, on their phones, before the instructor entered. I found it weird, because there were still students in resting position, still actively practicing. I felt completely out of place. There was just a crazy flow to it. We sat in the back. The instructor was playing music. And it was random. Drake, pharell, reggae, rock and roll. I could barely hear any type of instruction. Some of these girls looked like they belong on the pole. Seriously, they would make millions with the moves they were pulling. Overall, this class and this place is just not for me. Feels more like a nightclub when you walk out of class.. big plastic boobs and ass hanging out.. Meh. Thanks but no thanks. read more

Never been a gym kinda girl. The thought of endless miles running on treadmills, ellipticals, doing this machine and that machine...waiting for this person to finish...just not my cup of tea. I've always been more dedicated when there's a class with instructors telling me what to do. It pushes me to do well and don't give up. Classes I've gone to are: Hot Pilates, Hot Pilates and Sculpt, Down n Dirty Bootcamp, Hot Barre and TruCycle. Hot Pilates: you're in a heated room (I think 97 degrees) and you're working out your arms, core, back, legs, abs. You're jumping around...cardio...then you're on your yoga mat doing abs sequence and then you're doing different variations of arm work outs and back on the mat with legs and glutes. Grow that booty! Hot Pilates and Sculpt: pretty much the same as above but now you're incorporating free weights, bands and blocks. This helps you with your overall form hence the word: sculpt. The weights may feel light...but when it's repetition AND you're doing cardio with it....whooo!!!!! your arms burn!!!!!!!! Down n Dirty Bootcamp: raunchy twerking music while you work out with kettle bells and free weights. Depending on which instructor teaches.....sometimes it can feel like a mini dance choreography routine. Easy though. Who knew twerking can really be a work out!?!? My thighs get sore from this class!! Those kettle bells man....whooo!!!! The thought of doing hip raises while having a kettle bell rested on my hips, mannn...... that's tough! Hot Barre: calling all ballerinas! This class is for you. I've missed my ballet days so this was a great alternative class when I don't want to sweat like a mad woman. They don't turn the temperature as hot as pilates. Plus I can wake up the ballerina in me again. Most of the time you're on the barre....whether you're working out your legs, glutes or arms. My turn-out isn't as good as it used to be. TruCycle: this class is only 45 minutes long but it still gives you a great session. You work out your arms, core and of course, your legs. Don't get it mistaken....you're not just sitting on the bike and leisurely cycling for the entire class time. The instructors make you work your entire body out. Different speed + weights, different kinds of circuits....one minute you're swaying side to side to work out your oblique's the next minute you're cycling up and down on your bike to work out your glutes and legs. The bathrooms are always clean. Even with a bunch of sweaty bodies all at once....never have I smelled a funky odor. Even toilet area is clean too. Only gripe I have with the place is yes, it's definitely not cheap. You gotta have $$ to live a healthy lifestyle. While they give deep discounts for full time college students, the hotel/nightlife industry don't receive any perks. College students only pay about $45 a month....us "regulars" pay anywhere from $70-80 a month. How's that fair?!?! Also, even though there's workers swiping a mop across the floor each time a class is let out, are they TRULY cleaning the floor? The mops are never wet so there must have not been any kind of cleaning substance to sanitize the floors right? All they're doing is spreading the class's previous sweat or any other kind of liquids all around on the floor when they "mop." To me, it doesn't look like they're cleaning. **because I have received some feedback about my review I wanted to clarify that Trufusion never claims to be a pregnancy friendly studio. But as an active yelper I think reviews help people make informed decisions and this is my personal opinion regarding this studios class offerings while being pregnant** short story: if you're pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant the class offering might not be right for you during your pregnancy. A lot has changed since I joined this studio 2.5 years ago. I am now pregnant and the classes that I am actually able to do are few and far between. Not because of my activity level, but most of the classes here are heated (which according to my doctor) is a HUGE no no. I frequent TRX with Liz twice a week and a kettlebell class with Christina. That's it, three classes a week and at $700+ for a year membership now, it doesn't make it worth it for me. Beyond being pregnant and a lack of classes to choose from I want to acknowledge some of the things I think Trufusion could work on: on multiple occasions I have become frustrated at how crowded the classes can get and the instructors allowing late students to join. I come early everyday (at least 30 minutes) so I can get the spot I want and the equipment I need. It never fails that the instructor will allow last minute students to join so then all the students who were there on time are forced to make room where it doesn't exist. I have had people put their mats ON TOP of mine. TFY please max out your classes at a reasonable number and include guidelines for rows in your classes. If the boot camp room can fit five rows mark those off so people can put their mats down to make the maximum amount of space. As for late comers...please say NO to them. I understand wanting to provide that customer a good experience but please also consider all the other customers who are being interrupted by late comers. TF has changed their schedule multiple times since I joined and every time I am left without a beloved class. I have struggled from the very beginning with some of my favorite classes being moved to a different time slot or canceled outright (kettlebell battle rope, trucircuit with Leah at ~10:45am, trukettlebell before 12). Their new schedule seems devoted to cycling which is great for people who love to cycle but those classes are not for me. Overall I would join again if I found that the scheduled changed to allow more non heated classes but for right now, in the season of life I am in, I am fine working out on my own at the gym. I'll miss the people I met there and my favorite instructors a ton. read more

If you've never been here, you have to give it a try !! You'll love it ! It's a little pricey but worth it. The instructors are all amazing and believe me you will sweat ! They have classes all day from like 6am to 8:45pm. If it's your first time most likely you'll need a mat, mat towel, hand towel and WATER! read more

I've been a member over a year now and when I started it felt independently owned/operated and the instructors were incredible. The overall vibe was positive and I looked forward to going there. Now it feels corporate, staff has changed, the schedules have changed, the attitude is negative "could give a crap less" about the customer. Overall, it has gone down hill They boarded up the windows in the hot yoga room and now it feels like a sweat chamber in a horror movie. Before, the windows gave a glimpse outside while sweating my arse off inside. I could see the sky and appreciate what I was doing in a positive group of people now, I feel like I'm a sequel of the Saw movies. I quit doing the hot yoga because of this. I tried a spin class, the instructor was less than helpful even though I told her I had never taken a spin class before and any guidance would be appreciated. It was more of a work out for her and the class just happened to be during her work out hour. Plus, I didn't feel stable nor secure on a bike that moved from side to side. I think a stationary bike for the first attempt at spin would have been more ideal. My last hope is that the battleropes class hasn't changed. I plan on going there tomorrow. If that's changed, I'm going to see if I can get a refund on the balance of my annual membership. It's sad, it had a good formula but in usual fashion, once you go corporate things just go to crap. read more

My gf invited me to try their Kettlebooty class. Young lady at the front was very helpful. Signed up for unlimited one month just to try it out. They gave me a key to scan for any class I wished to attend on any day. Easy and convenient. No excuses! Met one of the co owners Liz through my gf and she was very nice and welcoming. Plenty of lockers to store your belongings. If you didn't bring anything to wear they have a good selection of stylish yoga/athletic wear in the lobby. Whole facility is very clean and saw an employee disinfecting their bands, kettleballs etc. The class itself was kickass. My thighs and booty were sore the next day. Have been to a few classes already. Overall worth it! read more
