This is about the company guest service and not about this particular company outlet. This morning I was notified that a service person was going to be servicing our lawn today. Since heavy rain is forecasted for this afternoon, I wanted to call the number in the service message and the girl told me she cannot see what service is planned. That is ridiculous to say the least! So I ask to speak to a Supervisor, "I am sorry I can't do that but I can have someone call you back but there is no guarantee concerning when they will get back to you". True Green killed my grass by over fertilizing. I will never use them again. They try to collect as much money as possible by charging clients for services they don't need. It's criminal and now I'm left to figure out how I can get my grass back healthy and growing. I strongly recommend not using their services. read more

While checking my bank account I see 2 service payments from Trugreen. So I call the company to see why I was charged $169.00 and then a few days later charged $59.00. I called on the 10th of April and was told that the irrigation service and that it was $169.00. I was told that I would have known it was done because you would see the dirt form the drill holes in the yard and around the driveway. She also told me about the text service that will let me know when someone was coming out to service my yard. I never saw any of this I asked for my money to be put back because I did not believe this had been done. I was told that it would be given back this is still on April 10th and it would take 7 business days. I went home to look at my home security camera and see that there was no service done to my yard. Called the company back on the 12th was told that I would be getting a credit to my account told the rep No, I don't want a credit to my account I want my money returned to my bank account, she said ok I have placed in the system for your money to be put back on your card. Then I asked for that worker to never be sent to my home again because he charged me for a service that he NEVER did... so my trust in this company workers is gone. Today April 17, 2019 I call the company because I received a text that they would be at my home for service. I asked the rep what service was being done and why. She told me then I asked why she stated that she could look and then I asked did I not just pay for that service on the 4th. She stated yes. Then asked if I wanted the service cancelled.... YES, they just did it or claimed they did and charged me on the 4th. I will not give trugreen another penny until this is corrected. I asked for a call from a supervisor which I still have not received and then I called back and asked who owned the Lawton store I was told by a rep she did not know she said that she could put in an email for the manager to call me but she did not know his name I told her the name is Paul Ernest but I would like to know who owns trugreen in Lawton she said she did not know, I asked was it a franchise she stated she did not know she was in a call center in GA and did not have that information..... I said you work for a company and don't know who you work for she told me they were not given that information...WTH???? Bottom line I was told today April 17, 2019 that the rep was going to put in for my money to be put back into my account and not as a credit on my account. I had a lot of faith in TruGreen but was more than disappointed in the company. After the first treatment my entire front yard and back yard died. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for 4 months until I finally started planting grass and treating myself. Really wish I had taken pictures but I didn't. If this happens to you make sure you do. I called to explain that I had mole crickets...all of a sudden the receipt said that I had mole crickets after 4 months. The receipt and treatment changed according to what I told them was going on with my yard. To make a long story short....I deployed with the military....my wife tried to cancel my service...lady wouldn't cancel but said she would put our account on "hold" (probably trying not to cancel to keep from having to pay us back) and then we get a bill months prior to our year service ending. We cancel again...our lawn gets "treated"...get another bill...cancel again with another phone call....people to come treat AGAIN while I'm home and I tell them we have cancelled more than once. She says to call the office (WHICH I HAVE DONE MORE THAN THREE TIMES) Get another bill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All in all.....terrible service, terrible customer service, terrible treatments, terrible business!!! If I owned a service like this in my location I would put TruGreen out of business.
