We had a great conversation & we laughed the entire time. I like it when a potentially stressful situation is made easy for me. I also like that there's always somewhere to park. There's 2 ATM machines too (a drive up & a walk up). Though this isn't my main financial institution, I highly recommend SECU and this location.

They have great training programs for children learning to manage their money, and are always willing to help you no matter the cost. This is more of a review of PNC than this particular branch. I have a mortgage with them due to it…read morebeing sold. Recently I'm trying to refinance it and need a copy of 2 years payments. Their online system does not provide tht much history, nor does it allow you to order it. Instead, I was forced to call their 800 at least 4 times. This is because when walked into a branch and they refused to look this information up and print me a copy. The first time I called the 800 number they sent 2 months of one year and 3 of another in a very cryptic format, but not the full 2 years. They did, however send it through their secure email system. That part was nice because it saves me a trip and makes it easier for me to send to the other loan company. Subsequent times, they refuse to use their own system because they either don't have access or were told their secure email is not secure. They think it's more secure to physically mail the document to my USPS box which anyone can get into. They would fax it to me, but they charge 15 for that, unless I fax it to their helpless branch person. This is just a mortgage for one person, but I wouldn't want to have any further dealings with them. I recommend banking at PNC if you enjoy going to the DMV, or find routinely talking with the IRS to be a pleasant experience. I know no one at PNC will ever care how horrible their experience is. Afterall, I'm sure it's just their policy and they only work there.
