Typically they are always so willing to help everyone fill out deposit slips for clients. However, just now I received my first not so good experience. Carol was at the window and was clearly busy with another client, which was fine. But she sent back my check and card to fill out my own deposit slip. I don't have a deposit slip first off, and usually the teller always finishes it for me. Plus isn't that why you have the card readers so they pull up my information without having to ask confidential questions in front of everyone. Furthermore, if I have been banking with you since 1995 and someone has always filled out my slip for me; now, I expect it to be done. I have learned to use the teller to the full extent of their abilities. If you prefer clients to do this themselves then maybe there should be a nicer way to converting people. She also traded me off to someone else, again which was fine with me because she was much nicer to deal with. Wish I would have caught her name.

yesterday I went to two different locations because the wait time was atrocious at each location so…read morethe second one I decided to stay mind you been in line for over 25 minutes just to make a deposit and get a new bank card because unfortunately my old one had expired and I couldn't use the ATM after waiting 20 minutes or so two of the tellers were finally free because it was a total of three and they decided to converse so I had to wait on the guy that was still serving people after I was served, they both went back to their posts and called the next two that had came in at some point, and they hadn't even been waiting that long but I felt insulted for the two ladies to start having a conversation knowing that they had a line of people and chose to still make them wait an extra five minutes mind you one of them finished up with another client that had taken bit of some time that had been waiting in the line for a long time as well and he took his time with the teller but anyway and she went over to the teller and stood over there and stayed over there with her with that client and then started conversing with each other after finishing up with that customer, to summit up, Truliant sucks because I've had multiple bad experiences even with the ATM not working at multiple locations and then again there isn't many to choose from yesterday I was highly upset and I don't recommend anyone to join this credit union! And lastly, not one acknowledged me when I came in and the girl in the drive-through moved multiple transactions faster than the 3 tellers smh..While I was standing there, in other words it was faster than coming in and I wish I had gone through the drive-through. yesterday was the final straw for me and that the only reason why I'm writing this review enough is enough.

She spent over an hour with me, sharing information about products and services offered by Fidelity, including her own personal recommendations for other services I am likely to need. Ms. Eno made me feel relaxed and welcome. I initially picked Fidelity in Mebane based on my own research of banks in the area, and I left knowing that I made the right decision. Thank you Ms. Eno!
