Went an hour after opening on a Saturday, and there was already a line almost to the entrance. The…read morelobby/line is pretty small (there is a seating area with a few individual chairs that's a bit wider than the actual line). When I went, it was pretty much a cluster with no clear directions from staff on which line to go into (the first window was specifically for business accounts but this wasn't made clear so non-business customers were accidentally waiting in that line). It was almost as bad as going to the DMV. Total there's 4 windows, but when I went only 2 of the windows were open for the majority of customers. 1 window was only for business accounts and the window next to it was only helping those needing to withdraw cash (even when they didn't have any customers they were unable to help the rest of the customers waiting). There is a small parking lot wrapped around the building, when entering though be sure you don't accidentally get in the drive thru lane. If you're in a rush, wouldn't recommend this location. If you're willing to wait, bring something to drink and/or read.

Manager was very rude and unprofessional. It was surprising. Earlier today, the ATM was broken so…read moremy parents had to go inside the branch to retrieve their unemployment benefit via Bank of America debit card. The teller did not return the debit card and parents had to return twice to the teller and ask for the debit card. The teller said she gave it back, but this was untrue. I went with them the third time and requested to speak to the manager. The manager did not even apologize and instead asked if I was there during that time. The manager "M" insisted that the card was returned along with the envelope and Driver's license but it never was. My parents thought the debit card was within the envelope and as there was a long line behind them, wanted to give way to the next person in line. We requested kindly for the manager to review the video footage as there were 2 cameras pointing directly at the teller. He response multiple times were, "we don't have video recording" "those cameras don't work" and then, changed her answer later to "there may be a clip of him (parent) walking into the branch and leaving but there's no clip of the actual transaction." She also stated that "we don't have access to those clips." At least try. We simply asked for them to review the footage because the LENGTHY application process for unemployment, subsequently calling, waiting for HOURS for a replacement card, and reporting the card stolen is not easy. The least the manager could have done is apologize for the inconvenience and provided a course of action... even having the employee/teller be with us and sitting us down to discuss the matter would have at least given us a positive outlook. She does not know what it is like to be unemployed, laid off, due to this covid-19 pandemic and have to spend hours applying and waiting weeks for approval.

I walk out of the branch after my transactions with uneasy, not always due to finance but of customer care from this branch. each time I think of writing a review but always thought of let it go. But hear I am actually writing a review in hope to get the manager's attention to make the location more customer friendly. Dear PNC manager, I visited the location on Monday noon for a transaction. Monday is a rush day and noon is even more since customers stop at the branch during lunch break. There was only one teller who services long line of people on the queue and at the same time services drive through customers. You should know that there is need more more tellers on rush hours and not just one that serve on drive through and inside customers. Also I saw there was an an elderly couple about, 80 plus, waited a long time on the line to cash their check due to lack of staff. Please arrange staff's lunch break accordingly so customers also leave the building with less frustrated. Please work on getting better customer service that can serve the community.

I moved away from the area for a couple of years but upon returning home I chose to go check them out. My account was opened in January of 2022 , TD Bank has provided me excellent customer service since Mr.A Virgil opened my account he knew what they had to offer and without selling anything left me thinking of future options. He transferred to Georgetown branch in DC but the care and professionalism remains good. The drive-thru tellers are wonderful and understand my lack of experience with their forms and use of their technology. They've been patient with me lol . I'm so glad to be at this bank where I'm treated as the senior citizen I am who wants to remain independent! I tried calling first, and they were not helpful at all and said that their systems are exactly like the online systems. So I went into the branch and they had to call an customer service rep line (unsure if it's only internal or not), but it took forever to get someone on the phone.
