Longest most ridiculous wait times and my online order has taken nearly 14 hours to be ready.

Truliever! I went yesterday for the Boynton Beach Grand Opening after work around 6:30, they close at 7.. They had been slammed all day. I bought like 6 or 7 items and they had every item I asked for. I thought for sure they would be running out by the time I got there. They were incredibly knowledgeable and I asked a lot of questions. They were patient and helpful. I was really impressed by how prepared for this grand opening they were. I made the trek to Miami Trulieve once when I first got my card, and loved the products, it was my first. But then I was using Knox and Curaleaf because they were closer. So much more impressed by Trulieve's products. I can tell the difference immediately. Look no further this is by far the best dispensary around. I have been a medical client for about a year and have tried all the dispensary's within an hours drive. The manager at this location is very rude. Multiple times I've walked out and said "have a nice day" and he says "alright." Today he even gave a little sarcastic laugh and said something rude when I walked out. Sorry I had to return your defective products! Obviously it's not going to run like Clockwork, but they have great sales and promotions and the staff is always awesome when I'm there. I saw the doctor as a transfer patient. She was quick and efficient and was an great listener. I like that she goes through all the options. Kathy at the front was super at multi-tasking on computers for the mm registry after the visit and then I was all set to go shopping. The store was spacious and had plenty of choices. An honest review. Most of the 5 star reviews on here are because the employees give you a card telling you where to leave 5 star reviews as they get rewards for it. These are not authentic reviews. If you want an honest review here you go. The customer service is poor. They don't care about their customers. They are usually out of stock of most of their products and then lie to you. You will wait longer than usual periods of time only to find out they are out of stock when you finally get to see someone. Most of the time this place is a waste of a trip. if you think you can call the location, you can't the call will redirect to a call center where the person you speak to will be just as useless to speak to. You should avoid this place and find another dispensary that is smaller or able to treat their customers as if they want customers. if I could give this place a negative star review I would but Yelp does not let you read more

I am in the cannabis business, and I believe Trulieve offers the best medical cannabis in Florida. This location is super well-run, and even when they are busy, I have never had to wait long. Everyone at the front desk is very welcoming and patient, which may or may not be a rarity at brick and mortar office establishments. All of the Budtenders are great; Matt and Shaniece have helped me a lot. I went to this location a few days ago, and told Shaniece I will be traveling in planes everyday this week, and I am in a lot of pain, feeling the negative effects of stress (anxiety/depression in my case), and need to be "on" for my 14 hr work days. I was disappointed with Trulieve. The young lady who helped me really didn't "help" me. She was very nice, but after I explained my symptoms she really didn't make any recommendations. If you chose to go with the Trustick; which is their proprietary vape stick you're looking at spending $94 for each cartridge. So it's important to buy the product which will help you. If the clerk can't answer basic questions, like "which product is best for Chronic Pain?", "what are the side effects to using this product for the first time?", " "what precautions should I take?" "How often should I Use it?" you shouldn't be allowed to work there. The only question she asked was "what's my tolerance to THC?" Which I had no idea. My suspicion is that there expanding so quickly that they don't take the time to properly train new employees. THIS IS STRONG STUFF, if you have no experience with it you can be really affected. So bottom line is I spent $300 on product which is not helping me. read more

Unbelievable! This place is so badly run that I'm shocked they still are in business. I ordered online, waited four hours, then went into the store, and waited another 30 minutes before I was called. Ok. I know it's a struggle for everyone right now. I never said anything about the other guy that was there, screaming that he was tired of waiting. I understood. I finally get my turn, and I asked to add another product to my order. The employee tells me he can't add anything to the order. I say, ok, I'll pay for it separately. Repeated poor service at each location, but a 2 hour wait for an advance pickup order is insane. This was the wait time BEFORE the pandemic, and during. They prioritize new patients only. Once you're not new anymore, they do not care. They will tell you the wait is an hour when it's 2+ hours. And they're so rude about it. They make people wait outside in the heat and violate HIPAA by screaming first and last names out in the parking lot. The outside of the dispensary looked like a methadone clinic. Thet had no method in place to handle COVID-19 pandemic, whereas other dispensaries have a fast safe protocol. I will never give Trulieve my business again. My advice is to take advantage of your new patient discounts and never go back. read more

I am new to the world of medicinal marijuana. I wanted an alternative to pharmaceuticals for anxiety and sleeping issues. I came to Trulieve because it is close to home and I will continue with them because of their staff is kind and knowledgeable. This is my 2nd trip to them and I was helped by Karl and Sheniece who were wonderful to work with. They asked me how my level of anxiety was doing and if I was happy with the results. As a first-time customer at Trulieve, I was given a terrific discount, plus a 12% holiday discount on top of that. My wait time, despite a number of people in the waiting room, was less than 10 minutes. Can't beat that!
