This place is amazing. - Did you know that you can buy POWDERED THC to add to your smoothies? - Did you know that THC binds to fatty foods, so you should use sublinguals with a food like peanut butter for better absorption? - Did you know that if you feel too high and are uncomfortable, smelling BLACK PEPPER will break the THC bonds? (Christy taught me that.) - Did you know that you can buy THC in a CAPSULE for discreet use when you can't smoke a joint in public? - Did you know that your Florida doctor cannot write you a prescription for 10mg per use; but instead sets a monthly limit on what you can purchase? As in all Medical Marijuana dispensaries, the daily offerings change. There's sativas, indicas, hybrids, and CBD products, too. I don't smoke cigarettes and had a horrible experience with the vapes, so I specifically wanted products that I do not have to smoke. And they had lots! For example, I bought pineapple SATIVA gummy drops that are technically vegetarian because they are made with fruit pectin. I also bought what they call a "syringe". This is not like a flu shot! What you do is open an Oreo cookie and add a few drops, then eat the cookie. This "syringe" product had way more THC than I realized and I would not have used it correctly if Christy didn't *thoroughly* explain everything to me. Trulieve understands that their shoppers need relief from serious medical conditions and they educate their staff. Eric was kind enough to refuse to help me with my order, so as a paying customer he's fine with selling me a $65 eighth but when I ask to get three pre-rolls that their having a deal on he guilt trips me about how many people are in the lobby. My apologies I straight up said I have the prerolls picked out and he said I would have to leave and recheck in as a walk in. Seriously? Matter of fact, I'm bringing my two stars down to one for straight up refusing to do the job he's being paid to do. Several years ago, I was the victim of an Unknown caller scam and lost about $4,000. I sent in an official letter to Trulieve requesting that I do not receive calls from Unknown callers because they go directly to voicemail and are ignored. I placed an online order yesterday and received two unknown calls which I didn't answer because the phone didn't ring. I contacted Trulieve support by chat and was informed by Deindra that my online order was ready for pickup and there were no changes. I drive an hour to the Brooksville location, just to be told that all the items I ordered weren't available. At this point I am extremely upset with the staff that made me waste my time to get there. The supervisor and Robert were reviewing the order when Robert made a smart comment "Maybe you should've answered the phone." And started giggling. Maybe you should look for a new job. At my work, if you spoke to my customer like this in front of me, you'd be getting promoted to customer. The supervisor chose to do nothing about their employee. I contacted the Trulieve customer support line and reported the situation to a supervisor. Will anything be done about it? I came 10 minutes before they closed. Understanding that they want to go home, but that doesn't mean they need to be extremely rude. The manager came out from the back very rudely yelling saying why aren't these doors locked 6 minutes before they close. I get to the back and i get jaun, i tell him the first 2 items i needed and he walked away before i could give him the 3rd item. He comes back and i said the 3rd item and he says in a very rude and unprofessional tone anything else. Some of the staff here are nice and some are rude. Bait and switch. I placed my order online at 5:14 am. I got an acknowledgment of order and told processing. All day I await a text. nada. so I drive the 20 minutes to get there. check in. no explanation beyond we are short of staff and no one to fill order until now. This was after 5:30 pm. The online ordering from the Brooksville office is so unreliable that it is useless. Too many incomplete orders. How can they mess my order up when I order online, receive a confirmation, wait hours and hours, finally drive up there only to be called on the way to say that they ran out. "Too many people wanted it, sir". "I'm sorry, but at least we didn't cancel your entire order". Really? You're going to cancel my entire order for your mess up? When they wouldn't offer to honor the sale on another strain the supervisor came over. I asked what the advantage was to ordering online and the response was, "I'm sorry. Do you want the rest of your order?" I decided, after using my recs elsewhere (which is what I will continue to do), to give them another try today. Ordered at 0830 and now it is 4 pm and no contact from them. Meanwhile, all the flower has disappeared from the website. Very poor customer service and very little care about it. The supervisors in this store should be given an opportunity to thrive in another company. I taught customer service for years. This is not it. I understand that Trulieve's response to this will be to assure me that they are sorry. Every time they mess up, my whole next rec is spent elsewhere. This has happened a couple of time (you're welcome Surterra and The Botanist). Looks like it is getting ready to happen again. What happened to my Brooksville store I used to enjoy spending my money? The atmosphere is tense, the consultants are pushy and it's not a fun place to visit. My last visit they tried to sell me stuff I don't want and was way more expensive, had to ask for my discounts and then they acted mad I had discounts and I'm pretty sure several are from New Port Richey which I would drive past to go to Brooksville because of the atmosphere. I dread getting my order anymore because it's a miserable experience. read more
