After a disagreement he started yelling in a language I didn't understand but after giving me the middle finger 4 times in front of his staff and customers I said, "Oh I get what your saying now try it in English." Long story short he has been filling controlled substances to my wife for years to me. He is required for every controlled substances to ask for ID. Never once do he ask me and for all he knows I could have been selling them in the streets. We get in an argument about the price of the drugs and he refuses to fill the script. After having him cuss me out and giving me the middle finger 4 times I leave. I go to Walgreens with the script and they not only asked for ID but called my wife's doctor and my wife. I didn't mind, I was treated with respect. The script was filled and the next thing I get home and my wife is in tears because this jerk threatened to call the Dea on her!!! She had a valid script and he is the one the Dea needs to talk to. You can't fill a controlled substance script without proper authentication and he is the one the Dea needs to look into. I filed a complaint with the bbb and his stores website. My review disappeared within hours. Beware of this guy. Could be part of something nefarious?

They don't care about their customers!!! The order that I placed on April 11 was shipped through Amazon shipping and I had received a shipping update stating it will be delivered on Friday. Friday came but my package was not delivered. Two weeks later, the package is still not delivered. Tracking did not provide any information except that if they get a new delivery date, they will notify me. I emailed BodyHealth customer service. Days went by and no one replied. I went ahead and opened a dispute through my bank to get my money back for the product that never got delivered. It was $123.16 and it's a lot of money to lose. The moment I opened the dispute to get my money back, the customer service that ignored me for days replied immediately demanding to close the dispute. At that point my trust was completely gone, and I explained to them if I close the dispute before receiving my order and you don't honor your promise, I won't be able to reopen it again and I will lose the money. I do not know if they resent a new order or found the original one, but I finally received my package on May 4, 2026 (mind you, it was from Florida to Maryland, it should only take a few days). On the same day, May 4 2026 I immediately closed my dispute and the money was released back to BodyHealth. Instead of figuring out how to improve their communications with clients instead of ignoring them or being rude to them and maybe choosing a different shipping company that doesn't take 3-4 weeks to deliver, they cancelled my account and deleted all of my loyalty points and didn't even bother telling me about it, I only found out when I placed my next order a few days ago and went to see if it was shipped, that's how I learned they cancelled my order. You charge so much for your products, I can't believe that's how you treat your customers especially the ones who have been with you for years. I don't need you, many other companies sell the same products as you for cheaper and way better shipping and customer service, but you won't be in business for too long if you continue treating your customers this way.
