Bought vapes here for two years. The MNKE bars are my favorite, used to be the gummy Elfbars before they went under. I'll get 5 at a time a couple times a year to bring to my mom who's out of state. Last week they convinced me to try a Tyson bar because they're all the rage. It lasted two days and quit working. Went in to see if they could exchange it and told there's nothing they can do.. dog I bought this POS because you convinced me to. Any other place I've been to has swapped out the old Fume sticks or the HQD bars when they'd burn out in 2-3 days, even the Shell gas station in Dunedin exchanged one for me. Anyway, will no longer be going here, bummer because I need about 7 more MNKE bars before I head back to San Diego next month. I'm out $20 because I took their advice, and their poor customer support just lost a customer. Anyone know who else sells MNKE bars? read more

Employees are very knowledgable and friendly! Good selection of juices and products! They have a rewards program where you get 1 star for every$20 you spend but you have to get 5 stars in order to get $5 off. Wish they offered more discounts/promo codes for signing up on their email list and for being loyal, repeat customer. I just relocated back to Dunedin from Miami and could not find my vape supple box. I went into Vaper Club where I use to get my juice and bought my mods. I just wanted a cool for my Eleaf that I bought from there. They did not have the coil so I just wanted a cheap vape for the time being. I never had such poor customer service in a vape shop. Patrick made me feel judged when requesting for prices. He beat around the bush on questions and did not seem interested in providing providing service. After I bought a vape and juice he didn't give me explain details or care to set up the vape with me. I found out more information about my vape at a vape kiosk in the mall. Most of my questions about products and juice were answered with those are expensive or they are around the same price with out giving me an exact price. I was quiet specific on my questions that I repeated and received answers like "there around 30 to 50$." I have an account with the company and after the transaction was complete and I remembered my military discount I was told "I'll remember next time" as he walked away and told me "good luck." After being a regular for over a year the store has gone down hill. The only reason I'll come back to the store is to return the product. After asking for a menu of juices and asked if they still make their own juices I was told we never did that. After buying my first vape from them, I returned to the shop twice with issues. They did some fidgeting with machine and got it running again. After the third time it malfunctioned, I brought it back again and was told it was defective, and now past 30days for money back. I was also told it was a vape they were not carrying anymore because of complaints.They sold me another vape. Before I left the store I had concerns about it leaking but I was dismissed, being told it was just over filled. It continued to leak and I returned it with in days of purchase. I was then told it was a bad product and they were no longer carrying it. and tried to sell me an even more expensive vape. It seems to me they knew the products were bad before they sold it to me, and really didn't care. After demanding my money back, I left never to return again. I went across the street, to Lizard juice, received excellent customer service. and purchased a vape for half the price they were charging. It has been working perfectly. read more
