So I have to say when it comes to Trulieve, I am always extremely impressed with the Englewood location and staff. Especially Michael Wolfgar. He is by far one of the most knowledgeable and professional employees I have ever come across. When my patients visit to Englewood they always remember Michael and how helpful he was. He truly is an absolute gem. He is always able to answer any questions about the products. Michael also always let's you know about any new products or MMJ strains he thinks would be helpful. Second review in ten days. Tonight it was 7:45 on a Saturday and I only went in because I could see there wasn't anyone waiting. Still waited 10 minutes as there was one customer and one person working before someone came out from the back. I can't believe I keep putting myself through this. For starts, double and triple check what they are charging you, ESPECIALLY if savannah the GM is checking you out. Three times I told her that she was overcharging me. Three times I was ignored. She charged me 35 a piece for two vapes that were on sale for 17.99 each when I ordered them. When I went back in she was just rude. Compared to Tim and Charlie two prior managers at this location, it is a visible downgrade. As not only a patient but a former employee of the location, it's sad to see one former employee left standing. Came in at 8:40 and got denied any service and they claimed my card was "expired" when JUST went to the doctor and my card says 2024. terrible service and i drive to venice just because of these reasons. read more

I deal with 4 Trulieves locally with Englewood being closest. I'd rather drive 15 miles than to put up with the attitude of employees particularly Mike at front desk. He appears to be the bouncer. It's the only store I'm constantly mistreated at...he was rude and when I said something he snapped this is like a doctor you need to wait. No Mike you aren't a doctor you are hussling weed. I love this place. EVERYONE is always glad to see you and overall they just make your day better. They never disappoint and are very knowledgeable. Any questions are answered thoroughly and will steer you in the right direction. I can;t say enough good about this location so try them out on your own. Had a very upsetting visit to this store. I was here a week ago and told Matt one of the managers that I had an issue with a vaporizer he told me he would be happy to replace it with a better one as they do not carry that model anymore due to its Inefficiency. But when I came back in with the product he was not there and none of the other managers or the store owner would honor what was said. Apparently they are fine with not having my business. I have never had any issues with Surterra standing behind their products!!! read more

This is the best Trulieve that I've been to. In the past there were problems with products being out and not being called but ever since their new coordinator Roz Started the place has increased in quality of service 10 times. Today I had a Wolfgar And he was wonderful too. Chuli finally has their act together at this location and I about four months ago I was going to switch to another dispensary but things just got So much better over the last few months that I am a customer at Englewood for life.
