Receptionist can't seem to keep her comments about customers to herself. I guess she has to make comments about others lives to make herself feel better about the fact she'll be a receptionist at the weed doctor the rest of her life. I'm sorry you hate yourself! .... New doctor almost every year here as well, never friendly or informative. If you just want to renew your card on your lunch break, this is the spot cause you'll be out in less than 5 minutes. I'll keep it short and sweet, doctors been out since Saturday of last week, it is now Saturday 1/20. Ladies up front don't inform me when the doctors coming back, then when the do the doctor was supposed to be in, she just didn't show up, so whatever' management is running this, should have it be more efficient/effective/ an if the main doctor, actually if the ONLY DOCTOR, could come into work on a weekly basis, daily if that, would be amazing :) read more

I've been going here for almost two years. The docs are great. I was able to get an RFE for more smokable cannabis easily based on my history with an extra fee for filing. The visits are fast and I was able to walk out of my first appt next door to the dispensary next door and purchased my medication immediately. read more

absolutely garbage customer service on the phone. they lie and say they cancelled your membership and then charge you and won't refund. the woman I was talking to can mumble under her breath but as soon as you say one curse they flip it on you. do not use this horrid service its not worth it when they steal from you. read more

I had scheduled my renewal appointment for January 18 at 9:00 AM. I checked in on line and arrived a few minutes early. The person at the desk said she would take my payment to speed things up. I paid the $169.00 with my debit card and took a seat to wait to see the doctor. At around 9:30 another woman dressed in scrubs came in the front door . She told the woman at the desk that the doctor was not coming in that day. I spoke to the woman at the desk and told her I wanted a refund. She told me she could not do that but the regional manager was coming in and would take care of it. I never heard back from them till the 23rd of January, when I got an email asking for my address so they could mail me a check. I emailed them back and asked if I could just bring in my card and have them just reimburse me that way. I was told that they had to do it by check. I then asked her how long it would take to get the reimbursement and she said four to six weeks! I emailed her back and asked why so long and got no response. Over the next several weeks, I kept emailing and asking for updates and she never responded. I waited till this Monday which made six weeks. I then called her and asked her where the check was, she told me that it had not been written and it would be longer. I asked her if she had told me that it would be four to six weeks. She confirmed and I asked her why she had lied to me. She hung up on me and continued to answer and hang up on me every time I called. I finally got someone else who also hung up on me, the third time I finally got somebody who wanted to help. She said she would have the regional manager call me by the next day. The manager called about an hour later and told me he would take care of it but it would take 8 to 10 days more to get the check. When I told him that was not acceptable he argued but eventually had the check sent and it is supposed to arrive today. We shall see. This company does not maintain their office and they seem to go through doctors. I have seen another Dr who was less expensive and more professional , got me in that day and was more thorough and answered all my questions. I would stay away from the Marijuana Doctor franchise. There are cheaper and better doctors all over the place. read more

Absolutely, positively a remarkable visit. As a first time visiting a pot doc, I was expecting a quick in, quick out procedure. I had such a thorough, thoughtful, session with Doctor Koss and the reception folks. Dr Koss obviously cares and explained clearly what the exam all about. This is the second Dr. next to a Truleive dispensary that I have had issues with. This morning, I had an appointment with the Dr. for re certification. I received an email stating I had an appointment at 8:45. Later in the day I received another email from them stating that they didn't even open till 9:00 but I could come then. I had a dentist appointment at 9:30 right down the road. I walked into the Marijuana Dr.'s office art 9:03 and there were already two people waiting. There was a person taking information at the desk, I had filled out all the forms on line so she asked for payment , which I provided. I then sat down as others came into the office. One of the other patients asked the one person working there if the Dr. was there , and she replied no. She said the Dr should be there as well as another office worker but she had heard nothing from either one. At that point I went up to speak to her and told her I had to leave for my other appt. As we were talking and she was trying to refund my payment the other girl walked in and told the patients that had been waiting that the Dr had called her and told her she wasn't coming in today. The most unprofessional Encounter that I have ever had with any Dr. There are over 2500 cannabis Drs in the state and several in Englewood. I would suggest that if you use this Dr , I would find another before your next appointment. Your card will be cancelled if you do not see the Dr when you are supposed to.
