Also I'm apparently supposed to check in with the staff even though I checked into the app. Why? They are busy! What's the point of this and why doesn't the app tell me to do that? It was only after I was skipped did I realize this nonsense is part of the process. Other customers also complained about the process. My experience at other dispensaries (excluding muv) has been significantly better. Customers are in and out not sitting around for 30 minutes. The current system at Trulieve needs a revamp.
