Brutal service, they took my ID card and never returned it. They found it then never called to tell me they still had it. When I called I was promised it would be mailed the next day at the latest. I phone back 4 days later it's still in their safe and they can't seem to afford a stamp the supervisor told me. Then it's "were too busy" apparently they're to busy to fix their screw up. If you spend they'll serve you but once you left them your money you then become scum under their shoes. The management is brutal, their customer help line is a complete joke. And they are a bunch of lying scum. I will continue to post negative reviews until my ID card is returned. You are the absolute worst customer service in the industry. Poor customer service at best. This is for a friend as I'm from KY. She went in due to spinal problems. She has a medical ID card and everything is correct. Her husband is medically trained and advises her what to take. Heavy CBD usually. Regardless, they lost her order that they said was ready for pickup. When she got there there her order was either lost/not pulled. She called her husband to ask what to get and the manager SHOUTED at her NO DRUG DEALERS. She is not a drug dealer but just called her husband what would work. Plain and simple, manager is an asshole. This is Key West not New York. I'm sure some people abuse the system. But damn it she was walking with a pronounced limp and obvious pain. Wha a shame that Florida is trying to help people and asshole here did NOT GET THE MEMO! read more

I don't know what's going on with them anymore but every single time I go in there they try or do rip me off every time and I truly get the feeling it comes down from management I've already contacted the main company to see if there's anything I can do because I've been blatantly lied to and basically treated like I was taking up too much of their time very bad customer service nobody seems to know anything about what they're doing in there and the product is horrible twice I bought butter in there and both times it's been melted and reconstituted or something I'm not sure and all stuck to the lid of the Jarred came in it was everywhere it was a mess. I am a veteran so I use the discount allowed veterans but I am discouraged and lied to many many times so as to make me feel bad I think or to save money either way a horrible practice if you offer a discount you should accept the discount and I might be biased but especially for veterans don't say you care and then treat us like we're trying to accept welfare horrible practice if you can find anywhere else to go I would go there or at least watch your pocket and bring a calculator because you'll need to I guarantee you they'll try to rip you off in some way and the mistake as they say or I say an air quotes is never in your favor just my opinion I hope they change soon and at least try to become reputable read more

Ordered for delivery on Friday, 4/9. Received a text that it would be delivered Thursday, 4/8. I made arrangements because early is better than late. The driver got to the business next door and text me. I explained he just needed to come to the next building over to the delivery address. He refused. When I couldn't leave work to go to him, he responded that he would see me tomorrow. I called the store, explained the situation, and was assured it would be handled and I would receive it Friday (today) with a discount. It's Friday and the same delivery driver is delivering in my area currently but my products were left at the store. The store is an 1-1.5 hours away depending on traffic. I've already driven down to pick up another botched order from them previously. To be clear, all businesses (especially new industries) have kinks to work out. I get it. I'm a logical person. But this driver, Vic, made a deliberate and unprofessional decision (twice) and I cannot recommend any business that would allow one employee to treat customers that way. read more

Takes an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to get anything whether you online order or not, where as every other dispensary has you in and out in 15 min even if it's full of people. Products are also miss labeled as higher strength then they actually are. I suggest using any other dispensary in key west unless it's a last resort. read more

constantly under stocked. you can order online and in under 30 min they are out, which is really funny considering they only had one sales clerk on and I literally sat in the waiting room the whole time with only one other person going thru. maybe if the unloaded the carts full of product just sitting in the back of the showroom they would find some stock. This is the second time I've been in and got a sales clerk that had no idea about anything they are selling. Also, bring your own bag if you do go because they won't waste one on you. I been using Trulieve for my meds to treat cancer and severe PTSD for a few months. Everything was great and my treatment was going well and boom all of a sudden they ran out of the product I was using. This left me very concerned. Trulieve gave me a number to call to see if they could get it transferred to my location. Well that when my nightmare began. The reps on the phone are completely incompetent. They was supposed to put in a transfer order and come to find out a week later that they never put the order for transfer. My home location has been out for over a week. I requested twice that a supervisor call me and no one ever called me. I called one last time today and the person I spoke to couldn't help me but she did politely but rudely hung up on me after I told her I would hold for a supervisor. At this point I has lost all faith that a Trulieve supervisor will call me back and I no longer trust that Trulieve can successfully get me the Medicinal products i need to treat my conditions. read more

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I'm sorry for the other staff whose names I forgot. That brings me to the product. The cartridges are the best in the business. No harsh cough inducing or constantly clogging cartridges. The flower selection is always good. If they have mini's in stock( smaller buds than the regular flower) it is a wonderful deal.
