If you yearn for horrible customer service, being scolded for no reason, and overpaying, than this is your place. Guy at the counter was as rude as you can imagine, from beginning to end. And not just with me, but the customers before me. It started with me asking for his help in suggesting a liquid that is similar to one I usually buy at Vapor Shark, Nerds Menthol. He literally screamed at me that he knows nothing about Vapor Shark, knows nothing of their liquids, so he cannot help me. He was soooooo insulted from my question. He then tells me to smell several menthol brands he laid out in front of me. I then get chastised for the way I opened the bottles. Says he hates it when people take the dropper thingamajig all the way out of the bottle because liquid will get out. The whole thing was pretty comical. I ended up making the purchase, because there seemed no other options at the time, but I felt dirty purchasing anything from this store. Stay away. read more

Horrible place. They claim they are a "smoke shop" but have a whole shelf catered to vape liquids. I ask the guy if he has the samples to taste on the ones he's selling and he says no... you can smell it.... lol the point of vaping is not to smell it. It's to vape it and enjoy the flavor that it provides. Seeing as they can't provide that means I take my business else where. He said "that's fine" well of course it is. It's not his business. I feel sorry for the owner because this is that face he provides for his business. read more

This place sucks. More than way overpriced for anything you want to buy. A vape mod you'd normally get for 29.95-they want 120.00 etc. Staff was very nice and helpful, but this place should only be a last resort if you totally run out of juice or need a coil (which for a smok baby beast coil it's 25 bucks instead of five) Selection is slim to none on many things unless you want a bowl, grinder, bong, or dab rig etc. If you build and need anything for an rda etc, find somewhere else. I would not go back nor would I recommend this place. read more

NO. The worst customer service. Walked in on the July 4th around 10pm. The rudest Russian guy( or whatever he was) was behind the counter checking his phone and didn't acknowledge us at all. Barely spoke English with the worst attitude. I pointed at a hookah pipe and ask for a price ( and I know what hookah pipes look like duh). He's got a nerve to say "That's not a hookah pipe". He then gave me a price, but I couldn't understand his poor English, so I asked him again. He rolled his eyes and raised his voice and repeated whatever he said previously and went back to his phone with biggest "sigh" I could hear. Hooka pipes look like toys and all vape juice were way too overpriced on top of the horrible customer service. We just walked out. We saw the same guy inside the empty store next day, on the July 5th around 4:15pm when we were out and about. The guy looked all grumpy just like the day before. This place deserves ZERO stars, and whatever they are trying to do there, just take it back to their village and don't come back. read more
