And not just with me, but the customers before me. It started with me asking for his help in suggesting a liquid that is similar to one I usually buy at Vapor Shark, Nerds Menthol. He literally screamed at me that he knows nothing about Vapor Shark, knows nothing of their liquids, so he cannot help me. He was soooooo insulted from my question. He then tells me to smell several menthol brands he laid out in front of me. I then get chastised for the way I opened the bottles. Says he hates it when people take the dropper thingamajig all the way out of the bottle because liquid will get out. The whole thing was pretty comical. I ended up making the purchase, because there seemed no other options at the time, but I felt dirty purchasing anything from this store. Stay away.

Reliable, local, knowledgeable business that I patronize, rather than order online. The owner is quirky, and so are most people in key west, including myself.

The cigar did not taste like key lime at all but I still enjoyed some conversation with other travelers who were visiting. The bar inside offers a lot of local draft options and liquor, the outside seating area is where I found most of this lounge's appeal. I know it's frowned upon but this is definitely a place I would bring my own cigars.

Afterwards we went upstairs to look at more cigars and have the opportunity to make a purchase. The gentleman who led the tour was the owner-operator. He spoke with a deep love for his family who started this business. He spoke with passion and intensity. It is rare to find people who have such deep appreciation for one's work.
