Surterra has been around for a while, but this location is less than a year old. They came pretty late to the flower game, but now has turned out to be one of the leaders in edibles since they were legalized. They currently offer chocolate bars, gummies, and mints. All of these are classified like the rest of their product line, which is designed to mimic what type of relief you are after. This is why I usually choose other dispensaries in the area. I would generally like more information about how much THC and CBD a particular product has before I purchase it. This location seems to be pretty underutilized. I never see more than a few people there any time I go in, which keeps wait times very short. I will keep coming here for the edible selection alone. read more

Very disappointed to find out that I have not been accruing loyalty points as I have been going to Suterra Wellness for over 3 years. I inquired today how to use my points as I have an online account with Suterra and they notified me that I have never enrolled for loyalty rewards. It would have been nice if someone mentioned over the last 3 years, "hey we see you here all the time have signed up for our rewards program?" or mention it when I first started going. Furthermore when I go to my login for Suterra there is nothing noted for rewards only about shop, brands, getting started and about Suterra not even in profile or account. I definitely feel somewhat cheated and definitely not valued as a customer. The only reason I did give a 2 is that everyone is typically polite during my visits but it doesn't trump missing out on 3 years of rewards. I may have to seriously consider going to Trulieve which is literally 2 minutes from my house. At least at Trulieve they explain every aspect of "what you need to know" when doing business with them. Surterra Wellness off of Alafaya trail is the worst Dispensary I've ever been to. The associates are not only the most incompetent individuals I've ever communicated with, but also lack knowledge in not only their product but even the associates don't even know their own promos or deals that they give. I WAS TOLD BY BOTH SALES ASSOCIATE AND EVEN A ASST STORE MANAGER about a Pre- 98 Bubba kush deal where you would get an entire ounce for $98, clearly thinking woww what good deal, I bought it only to realize it was a promo for half an ounce for $98. I asked repeatedly to make sure that it was the entire Ounce for $98 beforehand and multiple times, which they then looked at me in my face and told me that the promo is an ounce $98. That's only the most recent problem I've had with them but I've called many times before for either shorting me on what I pay for or completely getting wrong either my entire order or forgetting something. The store manager is also not only an idiot but the fact is, I don't even know how he has a job, he's unprofessional and is disrespectful. If it was possible to do, I would give this store negative 5 STARS. I seriously have no idea how this store is still open and functioning. read more
