The staff here didn't really seem to want to help out with anything at all. I just kinda browsed, they sat there just talking with each other, and I felt like I was bothering them. Honestly, I don't even think they all worked there. The worker(s) may have just had some friends hanging out in the shop. It was that kind of vibe. I have seen some pretty decent BOGO sales on occasion, so it may be worth a stop if you know what you want and they carry your brand. Emmy was amazing! So kind and helpful. Brought in a veteran having trouble sleeping and pain and she immediately assessed his needs and made him comfortable that he wouldn't feel 'high' but he would relax and sleep well. There selection has so many options to choose from, not just a flavor but she wanted to pinpoint his needs. Their prices were cheaper than three other stores we visited. Bought a "genius pen" battery pen two days ago, charged it once, it doesn't work. Called, guy says come in, could be the charger, sometimes they're busted, there're like 5 bucks...I asked if he expected me to pay, he says "yeah, we don't make them, we just sell them, once you walk out the door, that's it". Def an okay place if you know what you want and are aware of its price like say certain brand juices or cigarettes prob gonna be the same price here. But there glass is all over priced. If you want anything outside of a handpipe your looking at a high price. They have a specific brand that usually makes all there water pipes but not a famous or well known glass blower. Just generic whole sale pieces with high dollar value on them . If your in the views for a water pipe bong ext try a high end shop and might as well get what your actually paying for. read more

While I'm not going to give a horrible review because they have been helpful many times. I did have an issue last visit. I was given the wrong coils on my vape after I showed the employee what Mod I was using. Get home and find it's the wrong coil after using it. They had me come back and exchange the coils which was great, but still an inconvenience because Of traffic. Purchased some juice that had 0 nicotine content. Was given 2 nicotine packets for 6mg and was told to put both in to get the nicotine I needed. I believe this either doubled or tripled nicotine and could not use the juice. Had to throw it out and throw away one of the new coils because it affected the flavor. So roughly $20 down the drain. To be fair, the guy was new but still.. not a happy experience and won't be going back with so many options in the area. read more

Literally the only smoke shop that knows what vaping is and does a damn good job on both! Eloy is a top notch manager, his employees always know he is the man with the answers. Very knowledgeable and respectful, never a hard sale only there to help out the customer. Austin (one of the other employees) is also incredibly well rounded around the shop. If he doesn't know the answer, he makes sure to find the answer asap and never leaves you unsatisfied. Love coming in here and getting their knowledge great group of people here! Ok... so I've been to vape shops in San Antonio, Kansas City, San Francisco, and Palm Springs. FIRST TIME EVER someone took the time to actually explain the tanks, oils that go in, how they "burn", and much more. Mikey was awesome. Fun guy, very knowledgeable, took his time, made it feel like it wasn't just a sale. You can probably go anywhere to get oil or rigs but you won't get this customer service. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I never usually leave a review, but my experience at Vapor Crew today 3/26 (between 4-410ish pm) when they were doing their shift changes, was terrible. There were like 5 employees huddled by the cash register and then the girl who checked us out was just the cherry on top of a bad experience. I never take this much time or effort to write a review but i am pissed off. The girl had just gotten on to her shift and was checking us out (we were the first people she was checking out and made that very clear as she was talking about how she just had 3 days off and now is back to work) spoke to us like we were stupid. Dragging out her words and just had this sarcastic tone that was very aggravating. We were reaching to grab our card to pay and she kept rushing and saying "whose paying for it, it's not that hard". Told us to try the vape inside the store because she can't exchange it if we walk out the store and it doesn't work so i said okay and stepped to the side to try it so that other customers could check out and she repeated "OKAY?" Thinking I ignored her as i walked away so i OKAYED her back again. A few of my friends and I usually go there to get vapes and the people used to be super chill, but not anymore. If it wasn't for my friend who still wanted to buy a vape, I would've just left without any purchases. read more
